Schefter speculated that the Patriots could face stiff penalties such as fines, loss of draft picks and suspensions, and perhaps all three. Belichick is expected to meet with Goodell within 24 - 48 hours.

Illegal use of videocamera -- not a scandal. Illegal use of camera to spy on other teams and use the information to win games -- big scandal.
