:cry: oh cry me a river :cry: All you edge owners need to quit crying.He's got 171 yards of offense. you better hope he performs this well all season long. Personally, I'd take a couple hundred yards of offense every game of the season from my number one guy, he doesn't even need to score a td.

I got an idea....how about a play where the fatest guy on the field runs a route of MORE THAN 5 YARDS!*frustrated Harrison owner*Man, I've never seen a game go by w/o at least one bomb to Harrison! Jeez. Is Nate Poole really as fast as Harrison? Or is Tom Moore missing the boat here??!

Brady's their best offensive player. If they get the first down, they can run the clock out entirely.

I agree with this one. Edge got 30 some carries and 140+ yards...yeah sure, he didn't score any TD. He still had a very good game (besides his 2 fumbles)UNLESS you play in a TD league only.

They took a shot at totally icing the game sionce the only way they seem to stopping IND is via turnovers.In hindsight it looks bad.If it works it's a genius move.I agree with you I would have called a run.
 
Actually I'm an Edge and Manning owner (not planned..draft surprised me that they were there) and I'm thrilled. This was supposed to be a nightmare game and I've got a lot of confidence going into TEN.Now I'm hoping for OT as we can get some more points and I've got 2 beers left in the fridge. Manning to edge 5 times..Vandy field goal...Edge breaks off 64 yd run.

You were also the biggest "opponent" to picking up Anquan Boldin after Week 1. You were telling everyone they were "Gups" for picking him up. How did that work out for you? :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I think his lack of PT in the preseason has him a little winded....after a week or so he'll be staying in in GL situations.Id like to have that Rhodes TD, and I would have liked them to at least giive him 1 carry when they had 1st and goal at the 2, but Ikm not gonna panic yet. 150 total yds with 1/2 a quarter to go, Ill take it.

My statement was partly in jest, as Im more than happy with 150rush, 30+receiving vs the Pats
 
My goodness. Its almost like the Colts don't want to win. I am expecting something wierd to go wrong on the FG attempt now.

:rotflmao: You're gonna need god on your side to get Manning to stop throwing. :no: Poor manning, must be tough to get your ### handed to you again by the team that handed it to you last year. He should have seen the blitz coming! maybe if he didn't autible the running back would have been there to pick up that blitz.

I can call it casino luck because it is. They were gifted three turnovers inside the 20. The INT was a great play. The fumbles were just s**ty play be Edgerrin. The good news is that I've already seen enough. It makes me happy inside to know that that Patriots team isn't good enough to win the Super Bowl again, the Red Sox aren't good enough to win the World Series, and John Kerry is going to get his ### kicked in November.Have a nice night.HERD

Bellichek was thinking that if the FG is good, they'd still have time for a kickoff return & one play (maybe two) if he called the timeout there. I seriously doubt he was trying to "ice" Vanderjagt...even if Vandy did end up missing.Man....that had me sweating my bet. :loco:
 
Good FF night for me. Had Go vs Dillon and Vandy in one league with no players going only down 8. Had Brady and Harrison vs NE def in another up 29. Lets hope I can hold up.....

 
Now Manning and Harrison's gonna go get liquor'd up and start talking to the media about how crappy of a kicker he is! :lol:

 
I can't possibly wait 2 more days for more football. That was excellent and I want more. I'm hoping for a TEN-MIA saturday kickoff..haven't looked..any chance?

All I can say is F-Al Michaels.Keeps harping on Vanderjagt, and how he hasn't missed a FG since 2002. "I don't think a NE timeout can freeze Vanderjagt." Blah blah...Thanks for the jinx, buttmunch! :rant:
