Is week 3 more of what we can expect from cam and his coaches figured out how to use him or will he return back to the first two weeks on average?

He'll end up near the top of the second tier as usual. He probably has a Top 1-3 year in him at some point over the next few years when he gets better weapons. But until then he'll be a reliable starter in 10 team leagues and a big-impact star in larger leagues.
