Tiger Woods (4 Viewers)

Dude has the blocks.

If you've ever had it, it's bad. Means you start messing with the timing of your arms and your ball goes all over the place.

I occasionally play at South Portland municipal golf course.

It's a 9 hole, par 30, small place that hackers and kids will

go to. $12 dollars buys you 3 rounds-$13 on weekends.

A good place to learn how to play. I've never seen anybody

kick their club. Slam it into the ground, yeah, but drop it

and kick it-turrrible.

Pretty quiet in here from the fin/nipsey account today.
It's been quiet for a year now. Not just in here. All but wrote this board off. I stick to sports these days. I ran out of fake stories, personas and lost my passwords to most off my famous alias accounts.
THIS is what you've got? Your fellas are in here like the secret service jumping in front of all this for you, and you can't do any better?Mods, I think we can lock this up. Was a sort-of run.
It was a good few years. Guy wins the Tommy Armour Mid Level Classic and all the sudden he's back
 NostraFinless is back!
Fin's got extra sensory perception.

He was so bad it wasn't funny today. Miracle he was only 3 over. He chipped like a man possessed. Normal people would have shot 85 with that ball striking. He had no idea where the ball was going. Hard to fathom, but I never like guys that win the outing before a major. Never seems to carry over.

That kick of the golf club was embarrassing, he needs to quit with the temper tantrums and start acting like a grown up.
:goodposting: He was acting like a spoiled child out. One that was throwing a fit because his parent wouldn't buy him the toy he wanted.Guess what Tiger, other guys were hitting bad shots out there too. I hope he shoots in the 80s today, but I bet his achilles would start acting up before he let that happen.
Guess what WhatDoIKnow, he can't hear you. He's not the only one out there showing frustration. Just a heads up. Did you see Stenson on 18 on Thursday? He shouldn't be kicking clubs, but the faux outrage people always have for him when he gets pissed off is comical. It's elite competition, not finishing school. You know who was known as an even bigger hothead than Tiger? Bobby Jones, the guy who started Augusta National Golf Club and this tournament. Should he be kicking clubs? None of my business. Should he be kicking clubs at the Masters? Probably not, but again, it's none of my business. I'm just a guy sitting at home with a box of Triscuits and some cheese. What do I know about competing at that level?

1 birdie all week on par 5's, including so far today? Hard to believe. He destroyed par 5's two weeks ago. Completely different swing.

What a terrible post.Yeah, i can't sit on my couch and call a guy out for acting like a petulant child because it is "elite" competition. Right.

As long as you do the same for professional football/basketball/baseball/soccer/hockey players. And all the other golfers who show their frustration. Or anybody really whose job has the person running in the red and dealing with adrenaline.

Let's face it. Tiger Woods was a great golfer, and maybe someday he'll get back to being great again. I was a real fan, back in the day.

But he's a POS. No respect for the game. Just an arrogant POS.

of course i would.Woods is a baby and his behaviour on the golf course is often pathetic. Not surprising though, the guy is a dooshbag. Best golfer of all-time, but a total dooshbag.

So when a guy strikes out and slams the bat down and throws his helmet in the dugout, you get all in a huff and take to the internet?

No, i was simply commenting on how stupid your post was.

Two weeks ago Tiger didn't have to play a draw the whole week. He tried twice and it was disastrous both times. Augusta forces right handers to play draws and he just can't do it right now. Blocks it right or comes quick and hooks it hard. He's still got some work left with that swing.

I don't understand why people are so bent on watching Woods succeed or fail. I could see him winning a bunch more, and I could see him slowly (and painfully) sliding into the abyss of unmet expectations.

I guess I expect him to win again. Perhaps not as much as he used to win. The guy appears obsessed with doing well on the course, likely to the detriment of other aspects of his life. Can anyone honestly think there are other guys on the tour willing to work harder than he will?

The goods one's who want to win will work just as hard.
