Tim's FFL Year 4- Out of the playoffs again. This league sucks. (1 Viewer)

4 out of the first 5 picks are wide receivers.

Fantasy Football is changing.
Not really, but by only requiring one starting RB, you devalued them a bit. Not as bad as the old rules where RB's got fewer points for receptions, but it does reduce the premium on having to have two solid RBs.

Well, that's what the crowd wanted. I still kind of feel that an RB is much more of a consistent producer of points, and therefore more valuable. But perhaps it's just not true anymore...

1.04 - Dez Bryant, WR, Dal
Another blunder in a long line of them for Larry. Dez is the exact type of guy who will coast now that he has a huge contract. Last year was his peak.
Hi flap green. I'll try to talk trash as time permits, but it'll probably be disappointing. Our son starts kindergarten next Mon., we've adopted a newborn girl and my wife went back to work since last season. Life's a tornado right now.

I wish you the best of luck, and as always, enjoy this league.

ETA - Sorry CIA; I thought flapgreen drafted Julio. I would have mocked his pick regardless of the player. LeVeon makes it all the better.

I think this is also a year where there is no LT2, Shaun Alexander, ADP... Basically, a RB guaranteed 2000 total yards and a dozen TDs, with upside and no injury/situation questions.Bell, Charles, ADP and a few others have that upside, but all have questions and lower floors than in other seasons.

shtick? this is my life :(
Okay GB... here ya go:

DETERMINING DRAFT ORDER:

• Last week everyone in league was randomly given 2 teams

• We added up the scoring for those 2 teams for week 1 preseason

• Most points got first draft pick...2nd most got 2nd pick...etc.

TLDR: those two teams were only a creative way to determine draft order...

NOW THAT WE HAVE A DRAFT ORDER: The actual 16 team, 16 round draft begins.

Thanks! Our son is almost six and our daughter turned one in May. We adopted both of them and brought them home at 2 days old. Couldn't be a prouder pop.

1.14 C.J. Anderson, RB, Denver Broncos
If you're smart you won't wait very long to grab both handcuffs.
Honestly, I wouldn't spend another high pick on a Broncos RB if I was Timmah. He's banking on Anderson to be the guy. If it's a committee, then they're all worthless, and having to start only one RB, I'm sure you could find a better option as his 2nd/3rd RBs. Anderson was a stud after he took over in week 10, averaging 125 total yards and a little over a TD a game. The Shannahan curse/committee is history and I don't see why CJ wouldn't get the benefit of the doubt to be the bell cow to start the season. His sample size is small, but if he produces and stays healthy, no reason he can't finish top 5.ETA - I'm not a Tim alias. I honestly don't think I could come up with rankings of 100 anything.
