No, because whoever joins us will draft 16th, so we can continue for now.

If we get to 16 and nobody else has joined up, then maybe I'll take a 2nd team or something- we'll deal with that later.

Are we going to have a first round grace period since the threads and draft start have been moved around a bit? I only ask because people are going to get bent later on if there was grace period extended to one guy but not another. 

Do we have a system in place for what happens when someone just doesn't show up and draft? Maybe have the league settings in the draft dominator or something? I haven't used that in ages but it seems like a pretty fair way to "autopick" for someone. Does anyone in this league still use the software?
