timschochet's thread - Ranking hemorrhoids (1 Viewer)

So Mavs rocked the Clippers. OKC coming Monday. This is a ##### of a schedule post All Star Break. Wouldn't be surprised if it ranked as toughest in the league.

Anthony Davis is having one hell of a game. Even by his standards.
He had an awesome game. They weren't feeding him the ball like they should have been late in the fourth and into the overtimes though.

Denver is now 6 and 2 with Melvin Hunt as the coach after ending Shaw's run as coach by losing 19 of 21.

Davis' stat line of 36 pts, 14 rebs, 9 blocks and 7 assists was the first time those numbers have ever been posted. He also became the second player ever to do 30/10/8/7 (David Robinson).

AD's 15 footer is looking nice. Scary thing is, if the Pels had a real coach he might be even better than he is. I have no idea why they went away from him in the 2nd OT. Cost them the game.

Seriously.

Mavs vs OKC was awesome. Parsons the man we signed. Rondo the guy we traded for (not just the drives and assists, but I think he drew three offensive fouls on Westbrook, excellent defense).

The team from tonight can be dangerous in the playoffs. Finally have the five starters healthy, finally getting time to practice together...

Still Wade County. Wonder how we'll blow this 2nd half.
Kicked their ### last night. Felt great to get a signature win in an otherwise rough season. Somehow...someway I hope we can get that 7th seed to get them in the first round and give them a decent series.

Next year.....look out.

Look out for what?
DragicWade

Deng

Bosh

Whiteside

Not too shabby.
7 seed tops.
This team stays healthy next year they can get a 4 seed. Too much talent to think in the East they will be exactly the same next year. A full season of Dragic and Whiteside and add Bosh and Wade to the mix? Deng is a solid pro. McRoberts, Chalmers, Anderson off the bench.

The Heat this season has had dozens of lineups...it's been a mess with injuries.

Totally disagree.

Why do you just assume they injury situation won't continue? Wade and Deng are just going to get worse. And you have no idea how Bosh will come back and play.

Cavs tanked that game - trying to avoid Indiana. Would welcome the heaters in the 1st round.

Hey, look who's back after a months-long absence just as the Heat pull an upset over LeBron on national TV!

Just kidding,Todem. Great to see you, congrats on the big win.

On a similar note I was kinda wondering when pizzatyme would return. Pacers are putting together a decent late season run. Could be just like old times around here.

As long as the Lakers don't go on a run to see Mr. PadresLakers come back.

Not sure they tanked....just sit Lebron then. 4th game on a Texas/Florida roadie was all that was. Miami also played well.

Zero chance the Lakers go on any winning streak. Golden State treated last night's tilt like an open gym, and led throughout. When it got tight late, they brought Steph back in for an instant 5 point run.

Draft lottery can't get here soon enough.

Go Spurs!
My 1st thought when I saw that Knicks Spurs score was Pop must have rested a lot of players.

Then I looked at the box score.

The NBA is much more of a on any given Sunday league than the NFL is and that's a good thing.
It was easily the most I've cared about any NBA game this season that didn't involve either my team or a wager, just because it was so hilarious and surreal. The defending champs, the gold standard of basketball for almost half my life, couldn't keep pace with the deadly duo of Lou Amondson and Alexey Shved.

Dubs vs Hawks PART 2.

Korver out. Klay out.

Should be another great game.
Yup, should be an awesome game that virtually no one will see. When I'm the Commissioner my first act will be to mandate that all Western time zone games tip at 7:00 PM local time.

Related- why does Jazz-Wizards tip at 8:30 local time tonight? Is this a normal Jazz weekday thing? Do they have to allow plenty of time for folks to navigate that crazy Salt Lake City traffic and/or get good and drunk before the game starts?

Emblematic of a weird Spurs season. You'd think they would be clicking about this time of year but it is just slightly off.

It's on ESPN tonight. Just gotta stay up a little later or move to the west coast.

I hope the Heat can back up that great game vs the Cav's with another big win at home vs Portland.

Go Heat!!!

Nah, the 7 game rematch in June will start at a more reasonable hour.
