*** TNF on Prime Video - Broncos at Saints *** (+3, 37) 8:15 Kickoff (2 Viewers)

The way I was brokenhearted on that Estime 13 yarder seeing the 3 & thinking it was JaWill.

At least Esime won’t touch the ball again for 2 weeks. At least.

I bid $89 on Denver on 1 of my best NFFC teams this week someone else went $111 that sucks pretty bad right now. Normally D's go for much less than $89 too.

A couple weeks ago I picked up Denver DEF in about 17 leagues I was going $83 in some and runner up bid was like $14 or $27 so I cut the bid down to half that in RTS and lost them in about of them. GRRRRRRR

Denver -3 was a joke of a line with the Saints starting and backup centers out along with Olave and Shaheed. Add in S.Payton's revenge game and I don't feel bad for anyone that took the Saints tonight
ETA: add in rattler at QB

The 4 games I took this week were...
Denver -3
Miami +3.5 (Opened at +4)
Philly -3
Chargers -2

For what it's worth

Al Michaels starting to perk up now they're a point off of making the over and suddenly NO is nearing field goal range

If this is what Rattler has in the tank, I truly don't understand why Haener didn't get the call? He's good enough it may have hurt Carr's feelings? Might have stole his job? What? Fire Allen!

I realize they’ve got a boatload of injuries but sure seems like the Saints need to fire Allen, bench Carr even after he’s healthy to avoid the injury guarantee and then cut him before his base salary for 2025 goes fully guaranteed. Cut Kamara, trade Lattimore, etc. for other high priced players for cap savings and accumulate picks. Just eat all that void cap $, see what you’ve got in Rattler/Haener for a season or two and get that cap back into shape while drafting some young talent.

Going to make a prediction. Kamara is going to fade away due to usage/injuries and age, The O-line will get healthier, Kubiak system still works and Kendre becomes a thing for fantasy sometime this season.

Wonder if Kamara could be a trade candidate? 2-5 and half the roster on IR. His contract is set up so that they'd eat a lot of money trading him, but they'd save a little more than they'd eat. Potential fits would be Dallas (obviously), KC, LA Chargers (sorry Dobbins), and maybe even someone like GB. If I'm reading it correctly, a team would only owe Kamara about 300K for the rest of this season, with a (highly unlikely to be exercised) 19 million dollar option next year.

Paulson Adebo is said to have broken his femur. I honestly didn't even know that was possible from football. My brother in-law in a paramedic and has told me he's seen people's legs run over by buses or semi-trucks and it not break the femur. Like several tons of pressure won't break it. I didn't see a replay of the injury, but I can't believe it happened on a football field.

Hopefully he's able to play again, but the femur is the strongest bone in the body and has a ton of vital stuff (femoral artery for starters) around it.
