games are generally decided by 1 score and i think the bulk of teams are close talent wise. i think the short week randomizes results even more.

It was less uncatchable than a bunch of balls the refs decided weren't uncatchable in recent years. So the flag did not surprise me. They never rule "uncatchable" anymore unless the ball is thrown in the stands.
