12 team league, non PPR. Would you do this and why? According to the top 200 list/Dodds value rankings, I would win this trade. But I'm not so sure!

My RB and WR situation:

RB: Foster, G Bernard, Lacy, Wilson, McGahee, Thomas

WR: Dez, Garcon, Hilton, Golden Tate

The other guy is super hard up for RB. He also has Boldin/Decker/Wright/Ginn/DHB/Stills at WR.
