The geolocation piece seems a bit tacky to me. A player places a non-NFL bet in the parking lot of his training facility and its a 6 game ban but if he drives a quarter mile down the road and does it, its no infraction.

As a gov't employee you probably no the deal better than anyone else.

Eta: there are also some nuances with what an employee can do on a government facility while on or off the clock. I don't know if/how that applies to the player's situations.

US playing way more patient than I remember recently. Kinda nice to see. Less stressful type of play, almost like the pressure is off. It's a different feel vs mex than in years past.

I think it's very apparent that we are on another level talentwise than Mexico now. In the past, Mexico was the most talented team in CONCACAF, but it's quite obvious that they're the little guy trying to punch up now(which is where we were for 20+ years). I honestly think Canada is more talented than them now.

I think it shows in how our players are playing too... We know we're better than them.

He's probably got a point. Imagine if GGG fails in the next 2 years and in 2025 Pep comes in and says he wants the job and we give him $12M a year..... you don't think there's a HUGE outcry from the "equal pay" supporters?

This is the first time I can remember looking at the lineup graphics and feeling like we were CLEARLY better. I get the Mexico is missing Chucky and Tecatito. And not playing Santi Jimenez, but Montes was pretty much the only guy who I thought would clearly start for the USMNT.
