US Men's National Team (23 Viewers)

He is talented and that can not be taken from him but you need to publicly admonish your parents and admit fault and elevate GGG that he made the right decisions as coach. The stuff that was done was immature and no place at this level. I am not over it.

Four Mexican players shove McKennie into their bench where the rest of the team surrounds him and practically rips his shirt off...

Ref: "Red to McKennie for slightly touching someone's neck."

Clown.

This is like boys against men.

If not for that CP howler and imo some strange reffing, it's a bloodbath. As it is... It's like the US is playing against a just trying to hold on Mex C team... And maybe they are.
I think people really are struggling to come to terms with how bad Mexico is and has been for a few years now.
From a Mexico fan in my group chat yes they are that bad

Nah it’s true, Mexico’s the third best team in CONCACAF by a wide margin Dude they won in Azteca last year, Mexican dominance is dead. But it’s a lot of things: the foreign coaches are trash, the domestic coaches pay people off to get their coaching badges early so they’re untrained, the players are mostly rich kid brats, etc. I wanted to see them play a serious game against the US to see what progression there’s been but they’re even worse somehow. Banter era II here I come 😭

you also have Liga MX clubs paying young talented Mexicans to stay in the domestic league and not go abroad to europe with a few exceptions.

Wow. Davies claiming that part of the reason we can't get a big time coach is because we can't have too much of a pay discrepancy with the women's coach.

If true, we are literally the only country in the world where that would even be a consideration
He's probably got a point. Imagine if GGG fails in the next 2 years and in 2025 Pep comes in and says he wants the job and we give him $12M a year..... you don't think there's a HUGE outcry from the "equal pay" supporters?

For the last 2 decades the Women’s manager should’ve been paid more.
