Verizon NFL Enthusiasts - New NFL Mobile Out (1 Viewer)

As most of you know that have Verizon Wireless, NFL Mobile has been available since April 2010 when Verizon bought the rights for four years for $720 million.

I have a Blackberry Tour 9630 and they updated from April to Version 2.0.90 and today they have just released 2.0.91...

Goto www.verizonwireless.com/nfl and download it, it's free but will use your data plan. The new version works great and allows full screen with my Tour plus they don't ask you every minute if you are still there. It happens about every 10 minutes...

This will allow you to watch NFL network 24/7 and also Redzone which will be sweet for those of us that don't have cable or sat access to the channel.

Just FYI, Verizon is planning on charging NFL Mobile users 10 bucks a month starting September 1st for their video content. Sucks!

Um, Verizon is a for-profit corporation with a goal of earning profits. This doesn't seem to me to be an example of corporate "greed." They aren't running a charity just because we prefer certain services to be free.
