What type of game will we see. High scoring passing game like the media has hyped for a good week now. Don't be shocked if its a low scoring defensive struggle with the Rb's doing the work.Should be a great game.

 
Wow It made it to the big pin board.Well The Hype is still on the WR'S and QB'Scan the eagles d-line get to culpepper and give him some pressure.Who has the advantage VIKS OLINE or EAGLES D-LINE

I hope you're right! I've got Westbrook and O Smith running tonight. I need about 4 TDs between the two and a couple hundred yards.

Lets hope so. I wouldn't be surprised to see good performances from both teams TE's.
 
Im betting quite a few leagues winners and losers will be decided by this game.In my first league, i have Pepper/Moss and need only 4 points to win my head to head match up.In my 2nd league, im up 27 but my opponent has Culpepper so i need him to have a good game, but not a great game.Mix in the fact that im somewhat of an Eagles fan (im a transplant to Philly, i dont really have a fav but root for home usually) and it ends up being exciting game for a number of reasons.Everyone has been discussing the Eagles apparent "cream puff" schedule against their own division so this non division game is very important to test their skill level versus a true potential playoff team.

Im Down as wellEagles D/ST is facing me and I got Randy MossI need Moss for 7-110-2 or even 6-90-2 I know my chances are not good but I still enjoy watching Moss.

 
OK.. I've already got sick and threw up. Time for this game to get started.#11 ROAD Culpepper Jersey on and cold brew in a frosty mug !!Wifes bringing home some BBQ ribs.I need the following in my four leagues.League #1 (BIG $$$ and Two time Defending Champ) Have CPEP going tonight and need 25 points in a high performance scoring league !!!League #2 (Brand New Dynasty League) Have Culpepper, Moss and C. Lewis VS Owens. Down by 10 at this time.League #3 Need 1 single point in a TD only league from CPEP.League #4 DOWN 37 points in a performance league with BOTH CPEP and MOSS going tonight.Thats right I'm a HOMER and the Vikings are MY TEAMGO VIKINGS !!!:horns:

 
In one of my games, I have Moss (6 pts pr TD)/Morten Andersen vs the other team with Culpepper (4pts per TD). So, every TD to Moss is a 7 pt play (+ yardage points at 2 to Moss for every 1 to Culpepper in my favor) (assuming extra point by Andersen rather than 2 pt conversion) and a 4 pt play (+ yardage as described above) for opponent. I lead by 18, so I feel pretty certain of victory. 5 TD's to all non-Moss players or some such is my worst nightmare tonight.Enjoy, y'all.Edited to add better yardage points description.

Well, the Eagle's defense sure as hell isn't as good as the ones the Bucs sport.And you still don't have a Super Bowl.So I would agree with your hypothesis. :yes:
 
Looking ahead with all the injuries, do any Vikes fans have any idea on where Bennett stands for next week? :cry:

 
OK 15 min to gametime and I'm stir crazy !!Just checked my boy (He's six)....he's still wearing his Randy Moss Jersey that he wore to school today.Just pulled my handmade Fran Tarkenton smiley piggy bank off the shelf and put it on top of the TV. I've had this with me since 1977. Even had it back at garrison during Desert Storm.) Made sure he had his nice mahogony base to stand on. :D Got the Danbury Mint Tarkenton, Purple People Eaters, Culpepper and Moss figurines lit up properly.Beer is really cold and I have plenty.COME ON VIKINGS !!!LETS GET IT ON !!!:horns:Edited to add!!Should I have taken off my Minnesota Viking Tie that I wore to work today??(Just doesn't go with the jersey !! :popcorn: )

Moss can't get deep..... safteys keep him in front and the lb's let him get to the middle.Maybe i should start a moss no longer a deep threat postlike the harrison one earlier today ;)

 
In the name of accurate info.Wife brought me home Some Ribs and Chicken and spanish rice from Chilis with some apples and corn on the cob on the side.Dang I love this woman !! :D :horns:

 
Just finished up a Madden '04 game (ie. no Owens for Philly but also Vikes have no D in it to speak off). My pregame ritual for big games for the Vikes.Vikes 59Eagles 42In a shootout - 500+ yards for each team, Moss 5 TDs. Mike

 
Nice call! It should have been 4th and 9 at the 37 = long field goal or punt. Thanks to the ref for 7 points instead! :thumbdown: FYI - Not a big fan of either team.

Where would he be ranked without the injury concerns?

I think his ranking is held in check as much by the TD vultures of T.O., McNabb and Reid's affinity for LJ and Chad inside the 10. But he could be some kind of stud in yardage leagues!

You didn't know about the Horse Trailer?????Brett Farve wins the Horse Trailer every week...Madden is so much in love with Farve that he is automatically the winner.

True I suppose, but I don't see a reason why he wouldn't get his share of long TDs like he did last year. I definitely see him ahead of Dillon, Barlow, Henry, and Taylor if health wasn't an issue.

Ha ha, I do actually recall McNabb getting it a few times. And didn't the Eagles recieve the only 3 headed horse trailer? Maybe Dawkins, AJ Feely and Westbrook against the Niners last year?
