Picking the right starters each week is a vital part of this game. Why not have a single thread for all the WDIS questions?

If others are not willing to help they just aren't going to, doesn't matter if it's a thread or a whole forum. Personally I don't mind answering those questions but I want to see legit player information in the SP.

I can see where mountains of WDIS threads would clutter things up, but why not one catch-all.

Why would I click on one WDIS thread if I'm not going to click on a whole forum devoted to it?? I don't see what the gain is by posting it here... Sure more eyeballs might see it but are you getting any quality replies when the people looking at the post resent that it's actually there in the first place. I personally think it's real easy to get questions answered in the assistant coach's forum, simply answer about 10-20 questions for others and post a link to your in the reply and you'll get several responses.

Actually the AC Forum is great.

Admittedly not enough p[eople there but still a good number and good luck finding anywhere else with that many.

You help them, they help you, agree or ignore teh advice, it's helpful to type it out.

Or just go over there to talk football.

there are also a couple regularly pinned discussions at the top which are the actually thing asked about here, a single pinned thread and I think there are actually two.

Give it a shot.

I dunno. For me, it's a different mindset. I almost never go to the AC forum. I suppose it's because I generally browse the thread titles here & address the ones that interest me. To go to AC, I would have to decide that I want to spend some time offering advice on several players before switching over. Same if I saw several WDIS threads here -- I'd probably skip 90% of them.

So you want a WDIS thread in the SP to get your questions answered, but won't go into the exact forum built for this because it would mean you would have to contribute?

No. That's not it. Put one here & I will contribute when I spot it, just like other threads. Ask me to go elsewhere to contribute & I probably won't.It's kinda like picking up a new crispy butterfinger at the check-out counter while you're there. I wouldn't visit the candy store unless I'm only after candy.
