Week 13 Game Thread - Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys (1 Viewer)

I'm just a guy in Canada, that took today and tomorrow off. Today I watch my Cowboys put a stranglehold on the wildcard spot! Let's Go Cowboys!

I have vivid memories of the 1980 Seattle @ Dallas game. Vivid. ;)

Why did they trade that pick away? Dorsett would have made a great Seahawk. :lmao:

While this will probably be a blowout, somehow I think Seattle will aquit themselves a bit better then the Lions!

Oh God. Success for my team has now reached a new low. We're not the Lions...
At least you know your team is bad. Try being an Eagles fan right now.
I can trump that. My team has won at least one playoff game each of the past three years. We're on the way down to the cellar with little hope of returning to the top any time soon. Ya know, that's close to describing your team too. Maybe we can call this tie?

INACTIVES:

Seahawks: QB Charlie Frye (3rd), K Brandon Coutu, DB C.J. Wallace, C Chris Spencer, OG Mike Wahle, DT Red Bryant, WR Jordan Kent, DE Brandon Miller.

Cowboys: QB Brooks Bollinger (3rd), WR Miles Austin, OT Kyle Kosier, S Pat Watkins, CB Mike Jenkins, OG Joe Berger, OT Doug Free.

I'm not sure I would want Seattle to win this game at this point given we are lined up for a top five pick for the first time in a very long time. But since I live in Texas, I wouldn't mind it I suppose. I'd guess they keep it close but Dallas wins.

 My thoughts exactly. Are there any Walter Jones clones in this coming draft? Seriously, I feel his tenure in Seattle lead to the team's offense prosperity more than anyone else. Yes, even more than Holmgren. Having him paired with Hutchinson was amazing.

Hopefully this game will be much better than the first game. Seattle hangs for a while, then Dallas O wears them out. Dallas 28 Seattle 7

Yeah I think they need someone on either side of the line. two guys you can scout in the same game? Alabama DT Terrence Cody and LT Andre Smith, those guys are both monster players. I love Cody in particular, guy is a can't miss run stuffer.

So High School Musical kids get to sing at football games? For ####s sake.

:coffee:

Let the games begin!! This is win win for me. If the bois do what they should and win the game, then the seahawks get a better draft pick!

If the bois ROMO' it and lose. Then. The seahawks have another win! On turkey day no less. Win win for me fellas.

:( :football:

Time to give their best player carries.

Good luck Leonard Weaver.

Sheesh

I'm more frustrated with the Seahawks than the Lions. The Lions just flat suck. The Seahawks have no excuse.

I'm gonna get drunk.

good idea. I wish I wouldn't have ate so much. Drunk is not an option for me right now.

IDPers beware, Ware credited with a forced fumble and was nowhere near JJ when he fumbled. :banned:
Yah whoever the score keeper for this game is, he's not paying attention at all or he just sucks.Tatupu hasn't made a tackle yet, but they have him down at 2 tackles. Unfortunately tackles don't get taken away :wall:

That's one of the reason's i quit IDP. I once missed the playoffs in a year that I would have won the lucrative superbowl because of a half sack given to strahan a week after the game was over.

Their best player was just getting looked at on the sidelines. But Hill can't play both ways...Joe Buck wants to know what Holmgren is thinking on how to stay in the game? Let's see, JJ fumbles last week and this week and MoMo has played better than him for a few weeks (though that isn't saying much). Oh, and the passing game was working. Hmmm, a real puzzle here. I'm just laughing out loud when I'm seeing our midget CBs lined up against Roy. Unreal. The Hawks have gotten down big and early and made a game of it several times this year. So I'm hoping they will do that again, the O looked good until the fumble. Keep the ball away from JJ, remember Carlson is on the team for the whole game, and don't throw a pick in the final 2 minutes. Beating Dallas was the only good thing possible for the Hawks, if they lose the only thing vaguely redeeming would be not to lose to the Rams. Hawk fans are celebrating Sucksgiving today.
