Got hit by Whitner in the gut/rib area.

No word and it could be nothing but his legs were moving side-to-side like he was in real pain not like he only had the wind knocked out of him.

This was my take as well. He went to his knee immediately on the tackle. Cart on field quickly. Based on his body language I'd say he'll be lucky to be back on field this year.
