He is expected to play. Missed practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday and Friday. IIRC, he spoke with the media at one point this week, which is the canary in the coalmine on whether Pats players will play or not - so I'd be shocked if he weren't active.

Wes Welker (questionable, neck) will play in Sunday's game against the Giants, confirms a source to ESPN.com.

Welker did not have any setbacks coming out of practice Thursday and Friday. Per ESPN's source, he has a "99 percent" chance of playing today. He should be in all fantasy lineups as a high-scoring shootout is very possible in New England today.
