***WFT at Denver*** (-4) O/U 44.5 (1 Viewer)

Not sure why Washington doesn’t line up mckissock and Gibson in backfield and motion at least one of the to the slot for a mismatch on a LB.  the play calling is so boring.  No creativity from the supposed offensive coordinator genius.  He reminds me of his dad calling plays.  Same on D.  No overload schemes.  No delayed blitzes.  The front 4 can’t get there.  Lackluster coaching.  Bellicheck wins 10+ w the WFT. 

 
Thank God the play clock was at zero there on that last try.  Denver offense would have probably come out and tried some Flea--Flicker to run out the clock.

I have been a Washington fan my entire life. I see no reason we should want this team to win another game this year. CLEARLY we have no franchise QB on the roster. So I'd much rather get a top 5 pick and address the biggest need the team has. Or trade for Watson (who cares if he doesn't play this year, we aren't winning jack anyway) I am officially embracing tank mode. Anyone else with me?

What if it takes Chase Young and 2 #1 draft picks, plus a 2nd and 3rd?

Funny, and true, but at the same time, look at today's NFL. You want see anymore Joe Flacco or Trent Dilfer led teams winning a SB anymore. All the great teams have great QBs because it is just a QB driven league. If Washington ever wants to be a contender, it has to get an elite QB. And Watson is that elite QB, and he's young...he just happens to have this mess around him right now. Pretty sure he'll settle out of court and this will go away with whoever he is traded to anyway.
