When I was a bag boy as a teenager, I had a manager that referred to them as buggies as well.worked in a grocery store as a kid, one boss called them buggies. it was funny.

Now I use shopping cart or carriage interchangeably.
In Australia and the UK it would be 97% for Shopping Trolley. Not sure about other parts of the worldwe're at 97%.
