No, Matt Jones is the one dealing speed.
The Jags got Troy Williamson for a reason just like the Lions got Charles Rogers for a reason.

Not completely fair statement. Troy has been hampered w/ injury for almos the entire season. It will be hard to judge his ability to contribute to the Jags because of all the time missed. Though it's more important for Troy as he needs to show them or anyone else watching that he has a place on the team or the NFL.
