What, in general, annoys you? (1 Viewer)

Haven't read all 9 pages, but mine is people who use "literally" to exagerate.

"We're literally underwater on this project."

Literally? Really? So instead of more manpower, I should send you a sump pump?

Users who yell "dammit! the site is down again!" when there is NO site. And/or blame their lack of productivity on their "slow" computer (slow because they have 3 seperate gaming/entertainment applications running in the background and don't think we can see these things).

Parents that use GIANT strollers and take them in public places with narrow walkways and proceed to walk as slow as possible. Hey your tiny underdeveloped baby doesn't need an all-terrain stroller designed by Range Rover. Are you taking that ridiculous baby rig off-road? Why is there a ski rack on top of that thing? Please leave that junk at home, along with your kid. TIA.

Those family silhouettes on the back windows of cars.

I have never seen that until now. Wow.
Really? Maybe it's a regional thing... but I see them everywhere.
Is this a new thing? Haven't seen it so far in Austin or NYC but sure I will soon
I wouldn't be the first to say that South Carolina is probably a little less polished than Austin and NYC...They are customizable, which makes them even worse IMO.

Good lord that's painful. If I had ever done something like that it would be my friend's duty to put a bullet in my head.

They are replacing the soccer balls on the backs of minivans. They were everywhere in Ohio when I was there and now everywhere down here. It's only a matter of time. I also see a lot of RIP type stickers on cars now....not sure what that's all about either.

Grocery stores that do not have designated cart areas spread throughout the parking lot. Sorry, but I'm not going to spend a hundred bucks at the store....then roll my cart all the way to the end of the parking lot...unload my groceries and then wheel it all the way back then walk all the way back to the car. I know many will disagree, but I think it's the obligation of the grocery store to place some cart areas in the parking lot. There are at least 3 grocery stores in my neighborhood that dont' have any.
Anyone who puts email on read receipt. I set up my outlook to see who does this in the company, and I automatically take longer to respond to your requests.
People who stand up on airplanes as soon as the plane stops....even if they're sitting all the way in the back. Your not going anywhere for at least 5-10 minutes. When you stand, it makes everyone else feel awkward.
People who don't know the rules when it comes to taking all your crap out at airport security.
Anyone who thinks their politcal party is the only one with answers
Emails from my mom (great thread yesterday GM)
People who post "TGIF" on facebook
People acting as if they are too good for technology.
People who talk about how cheap stuff was back in the day. We don't care if a cheeseburger only cost a nickel forty years ago....people were also making 20x less $ a year....it's all relative
People who can't change.
People in the FFA who fall for LHUCKS fishing trips every time. Hint: don't respond to him and he'll stop posting
People who spend more then they save
People who think any act of being "green" is only for hippies/liberals
People who think any business trying to maximize profits are evil
The fact that we'll likely never have a 3rd political party of substance

Computer being screwed up. I can barely read the words on here. I feel like I'm reading the classifieds.

Why do women seem to be caught off guard when the store clerk tells them the amount of their bill. It is like they are surprised they have to pay. They put all of their goods on the counter, clerk rings it up and tells them the amount and then, only then do they open their purse and start digging around for their money.

Waiting to see if a man will pay for them.

Why did you bump a six year old thread for this trite observation?

People who call me on the phone and then proceed to talk to someone else who's in the room with them.

PPR leagues.

Bad beats

tats

no shows

when my beer comes and it's not filled at least 95% of the way to the top (if you leave an inch to me that sucks)

Another mobile phone dislike are those people who feel the need to be on the phone 24/7, regardless of where they are or what they are doing.

Was just in a Target, checking out and the fat chick in front of me was trying to pull money out of her purse, throwing money at the cashier, trying and failing with gift cards, doing all of this slowly with one hand because she was trying to yap on the phone. Then she proceded to feel the need to refill her wallet/purse neatly while blocking me from checking out. Oh and she didn't even acknowledge me by saying sorry or anything. B*tch.

Dumped a girl for this. No schtick.

Young women who think Miley Cyrus is a revelation and icon, and not just another pop star brat whose sexual development was repressed by Disney and summarily exploded into 110% whore-ville as soon as she was unleashed from Mickey.

It annoyed me and there was already a thread discussing what annoys us. Would you rather I started a new thread?
