What is the most you've ever cried or most emotional you've gotten about sports (good or bad)? (3 Viewers)

I was 7 or 8 in the 1980 or 81 Thanksgiving Day game. Chicago Bears returned the overtime kickoff for a TD to beat my Lions.

I bawled my eyes out. My family still makes fun of me - 45 years later.

I didn't cry but a Yung Major certainly wanted to break stuff when the Houston Oilers blew a 35--3 3rd Qtr lead to a backup Buffalo QB in the 1993 Playoffs

Hank Gathers

i was 14. used to stay up late to watch Sportscenter. they broke in to show the video of him collapsing. something about it just broke my brain.

1994 NY Rangers Stanley Cup

So many memorable moments, but the most emotional had to be Stephane Matteau’s GW goal in double overtime of ECF Game 7 against the hated NJ Devils.
