What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (2 Viewers)

I had a Rye Hipster Brunch on Sunday. It was glorious but didn't fit with the sun and 70 degree temps!
Had a Last Snow last night...definitely didnt fit with the 80+ degrees here. lol. Its time for sours and Berliners here in Florida for the next 6 months...and of course APAs and IPAs. No DIPAs though. :D

I'm in Clearwater/ tarpon area this week and enjoying all the new(ish) brewpubs, but the cigar city jai alai and pale ale are still tops. Out in the gulf every day so far.

Dude get over to Cycle and get some growlers (theyre re-sealable now) of whatever IPAs they have on right now. They've been killing it lately and all of their IPAs crush Jai Alai IMO.

And if you like Berliners, don't miss Arkane in Largo.

Ocelot anniversary tickets are on sale. We pulled a guest tap license. The list won't be announced, but I guarantee no one will be disappointed with the party. Mainly because you'll get to drink with me. Wish I could drink with me....PARTY!!!!

Oh snap...Calusa brewing in Sarasota is now selling 22oz bottles of their excellent IPA, Citronious, in their taproom for $7 a pop. This is fantastic news. Another great local IPA in bottles, and not overpriced.

This M-43 stuff is pretty tasty :banned:

Also grabbed some Lauganitas Waldo, Dogfish head 120 and some Maryland brewer NE IPA ...heavy sails maybe?

Merchants of Fine Wine in Dearborn.   Had a 2 can limit though

They always tweet out their new releases so if it's something good I usually stop in after work
Cool, missed that they had it. World of Beer in Canton has gotten it in cans a few time and they sell it as a 4 pack (price sucks, but I figure I'd pay it at the bar so whatever). Also a place called the Vinery on Pelham in the Heights got it and was selling 4 packs. Not sure if they tweet or FB though.

Also keep an eye out for Boxer and Green Stone. They are both awesome and will likely be in stores over the next couple months.

From 18th Street today:

After 2 years of discussion we are happy to release ZERO DISCIPLINE, our Double Dry Hopped New England Style Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Transient Artisan Ales. Hazy, juicy, and popping with fruit and citrus notes from El Dorado and Simcoe hops.

Evidently I'll be driving to Hammond this weekend.

Yeah, and their small batch series of dry-hopped IPAs have all been excellent to friggin' spectacular, plus Transient is awesome with the NE style -- so my expectations are pretty sky high for this one.

I just cant deal with high ABV stuff this time of year. Its been close to 90 degrees with a billion percent humidity.
As long I have the welcome bitterness it can have 12% lol I don't care what the temp is. Can't wait till CS, wife is really excited!

Damn good beer -- bought two 4 packs and might have to go back for more. Slightly more bitter than the big guns from Mass, but not necessarily in a bad way. Best Midwestern version of the style that I've had.

Wow, I'll have to look fo thIs.  Maybe Transient will have it also.

Gotta rep the guys at Rip Current for their new Lupulin Lust DIPA.  Very tasty 9%er, which is usually a bit too much alcohol for my old ###.

Just got some fresh Boxer and M43 at Old Nation (canned 4/19). Now off to Grand Rapids for a bunch of beer, Founders Black Party.

Just stocked up!

6 pack ccb Maduro

6 pack jdubs passion wheat

6 pack ccb guayabera, this is new

6 pack green mountain porter

12 pack of fat tire

24 pack of Bud light

1 bottle of Cabo wabo tequila

growler of Community Beer Works Mouth Smash....SMaSH IPA with Halcyon and Amarillo.  Simple but clean.  Always love their one-off IPAs.

Back on the horse after a rough night last night (and morning LOL).

Four Fathers Lucy & Ethel (10.6% DIPA w/ brown sugar), Four Fathers Western Sunrise. 18th Street Zero Discipline, Under Crown, and The Fox & The Goat on deck.

Because one ####show / weekend just isn't enough...
