droolJust picked up 2 growlers of wet hopped mosaic ipa goodness from Hailstorm.
It was excellent. It had more funk than the 2014,and it had an untetsting flavor underneath I couldnt place...it was almost smoky/peaty with a touch of sulphur, but very subtle and it worked. It was really interesting.Having a Cycle Home Alone 2 IPA now...if they keep this on rotation I'll be a happy camper. Hop juice city.2001 3F Gueuze? How was that?
This sounds awesome. I just looked it up on BA and there is only one review and it's the same date as your post. By chance are you Beer4B?Holy Moly...at Cycle right now, and they've got a Barrel Aged Rye Stout, an 11% ABV beast aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels, on draft and Crowler...insane. I'm not a BA stout guy and this stiff is fantastic.
I always have a hard time passing up BOMB! on the shelves when I see it.Just picked up a few (four) bottles of BOMB! to enjoy by the fire in the chilly weather this weekend. So much for spending less on beer, but the distro guy was unboxing it and putting it on the shelf as I was in there and I couldn't resist. Those guys in Oklahoma really know what they are doing.
I am not but he is a friend of mine, just ran into him at Cycle an hour ago. I actually added the beer to BA and left a number review (no text). Most of the check-ins on untappd rate it 4.5 or higher. This sounds awesome. I just looked it up on BA and there is only one review and it's the same date as your post. Me too. Would pick some up on trips to WI or Peoria but they would always be at least 6 months old.urbanhack said:Alesmith IPA
