What kind of beer is everyone drinking tonight? (19 Viewers)

Tyranena High-Class Broad Imperial Brown Ale

Imperial Brown Ale aged in brandy barrels. Dark brown and full-bodied. Sweet Brandy and oak accented aroma and flavor. A Wisconsin Original.

Hooooo boy Im gonna get blasted for this. A friend stops by with these 3 new "flavored" Mich Ultras: Lime-Cactus, Tuscan Orange-Grapefruit, and Raspberry-Pomegranate. He brought 2 of each, and we are both gonna try em all. Ok, whatever. Free bad beer is oh-so-slightly better than no beer, so I said okay.

The lime cactus was weird, cuz its the first Mich Ultra I ever had that had some flavor. Too bad it was alot like Miller Chill, only sweeter. Didnt taste any cactus that I know of, but it wasnt bad as I thought it would be. The orange-grapefruit is pretty awful. Drinking one now. Tastes like a really light flavored orange soda. Havent got to the rasp-pom one yet.

I am taking it easy tonight. I drank a lot of Sam Adams Ale last night. I ended up starting a huge bonfire in the backyard and passing out. Yeah nothing say bonfire like our 38th? straight day of over 100 degrees in the desert. Kids thought it was fun though. Wife did not think it was cool but she still leaves me to me craziness at times. :banned:

I do have some arrogant ******* ale in the fridge but I think I will save it for next week.

Blue Point ESB (extra special bitter) - Fresh Brewed out of the jug

Winner of a Bronze Medal in the World Beer Cup, Blue Point’s ESB is a traditional English style ale made with 2-row pale and English crystal malt. The malt of this full-bodied ale is balanced by copious amounts of English hops. Both Kent Goldings and Fuggles are used to impart a rich hop taste.

Still on my scotch kick, but I know deep down you all really care what Im imbibing, whether its beer or not, so Ill tell you.

Balvenie 12yr Double Wood.

Bought a 750 of Glenlivet 12yr the other day, and bought this today. This stuff blows the doors off the Glenlivet. With a splash of water its rediculously smooth.

I cant afford to find a new favorite drink like this.
