Doing the DFH 60-90-120 flight tonight. About midway throught he 120 and suspecting tomorrow will be :bs:

I'm getting last minute tickets to the Davey o brien awards tonight so probably no beer for me unless heiniken suddenly looks palatable.

I'm gonna do my best to make Brad Banks think I'm confusing him with vince young.

Hitting happy hour at my favorite bar tonight. They just sent me this e-mail :

New Beers at Redlight Redlight

ON DRAFT :

Lost Coast Chocolate Porter

A porter made with imported cocoa beans! only 4 kegs sent to Florida, guess who got 2!

Chouffe Houblon Dobbelen IPA Tripel

A unique marriage between the English tradition of IPAs, the new American revolution of Imperial IPAs and the classic Belgian way of brewing. Houblon Chouffe, although very much hopped as it is, showcases the unique balance between a very strong IPA and a very special Belgian Tripel exclusively created for this ale (Big malty body, distinct dryness, expressive estery fruitiness). 9% abv

BOTTLES

Mad River Jamaican Red

This beer was originally brewed for a famous Reggae festival that happens each year in Humboldt County. A malty bitter American Amber style ale. This mahogany hued ale brings an intense spectrum of hop flavors from the spicy aromatic to lingering bitter, all underscored by a full- bodied caramel richness. Try this brew with a little Jamaican Jerked Chicken. 6.6% abv.

Pinkus Hefeweizen

Brewed in Munster, Germany with 60% Wheat malt and 40% barley malts. 100% Organic!

5% abv.

Allagash Curieux

Allagash Curieux is a unique beer that was aged for 8 weeks in Jim Beam Bourbon Barrels. In July 2004 they brewed a batch of the Triple and placed it in Bourbon barrels from Kentucky. The barrels are filled with Allagash Tripel, just after primary fermentation. The barrels are moved to the cellar, where the beer goes through secondary fermentation in the barrel. The barrels are only used once!

11% ABV.

We've finally got restocked on some others!

Okocim OK cans

Edel Weiss

Ommegang Witte

Rogue Chocolate Stout

Floris Framboise

Stop by tonight and try something new or an old favorite

Great Divide Hot Shot
Beer in the morning?
I wish, actually I had it last night. Mostly it was a pity bump for this poor dying thread.
:o You were my hero. Next you are going to tell me that Santa isn't real.
Sorry brother, I'm not Beer Hero material. Especially among some of the beer hounds in this thread.
I won't be getting online to tell you, but I guarantee that I have plenty of beers in the morning next week while in Vegas.

This can be tremendous in the bottle, if fresh, but they tend to skunk because of the green glass. Should be even better on tap!:jealous:

No big fan of Okocim Beer or Okocim OK but I wouldn't mind trying their Porter or Palone.

I am getting ready to host my 3rd Beerfest.

I invite 11 guys and we sample 12 beers. I have print outs for each beer and everyone takes a turn describing the beer we are about to drink. I also give away beer-related prizes (openers, t-shirts, golf towels, caps, basket of beer, etc.) and we have a dart tournament when we're done drinking.

It is an absolute GREAT time.

This year's line up so far (I have to come up with 2 more):

Chimay Premier Red

Samuel Adams Longshot Dortmunder

Sam Adams Longshot Boysenberry Wheat

Sam Adams Longshot Old Ale

Magic Hat Number 9

Lindeman's Peche

Mackeson XXX Stout

Penn Brewing Marzen

East End Brewing Blackstrap Stout

East End Brewing Big Hop IPA

Any suggestions for the last two beers? Keep in mind that I am in PA so I have to buy whole cases which is a PITA and many great beers from the West coast are just not available.

 You were my hero. Next you are going to tell me that Santa isn't real.
Maybe not, but Santa's Little Helper is certainly real.
You have/had one of these? :jealous:
I have not physically had one. :bye: I only know what Skylord has said. Plus I wasn't saying anything about my haves/hads. I was merely noting for KYT that it exists. To help comfort him since Santa doesn't exist.

It is from Poland. I've tried their flagship beer and OK and was not impressed. It wasn't horrible but nothing special.

HOLY #### I DID NOT KNOW THIS

Bell's is now distributing in Florida in the Tampa area. The first ones here are Two Hearted Ale, Kalamazoo Stout, Oberon, and Amber Ale, with more to follow.

:banned:

THANK YOU JEEBUS!

Not sure which way to go tonight. Looking like the last winter storms coming through this weekend, so may have to kill off a few of the RIS's that I have.

I am not sure what a bomber is. You can buy Growler's and mini-kegs though. The Double Simcoe is a solid choice but I already have an IPA. I think Fat Dog is a stout, right? If so I already have two.I am thinking a Porter and maybe a Belgian Blonde (Something like a Leffe) or an Irish red or cream ale.

Gator > Hi :kicksrock:

This old thing still around? I'll be drinking Victory Storm King Stout once the Texas/Texas A&M game goes to commercial break.

WAIT! I have DVR. I'm going to pour one right now.
