What kind of offers have you gotten for Larry Fitzgerald or are some o (1 Viewer)

dude isn't even in the top 10 receiving right now. I warned my co worker not to pick him up this year. Just curious what you guys r being offered for him??

I have Turner, Foster, LT, Blount, D.Brown and Spiller. I offered L.T. for Fitz. I figure he will pick it up like yesterday. he is a great redzone WR. I can survive without LT.

In a start 2qb league, I offered Cassel (My #3qb) and Ocho to the fitz owner last thursday and got the deal done. I think hes a buy candidate for sure purely on his schedule and the number of targets he gets.

I was offered Chris Ivory and him for CJ when I told the guy I would need a RB for him to get CJ. Obviously he didn't listen. If Fitz owners are smart they sell high on his two-td output, or at least high for this season.

Sold last week. May not have been the best deal for me but I was done with Fitz.Sold Fitz/Charles for Austin/Bradshaw
Don't take this the wrong way but these are the deals I don't understand. So it's just 2 guys swapping rbs and wrs in hopes they are getting the better deal.

Well based on production and of course future trends, Fitz was going to be on my bench until further notice. I wanted to move him for someone and when Austin was offered in the deal, even though he lost Romo, to me he still has greater upside. The Charles/ Bradshaw part of the deal was a lot closer. But your right, both sides are hoping to get the better deal but when a trade like that is offered to you, you have to roll the dice and go with the odds.

To give an idea of his value, i just bought fitz. I decided to roll with blount as my rb2 for the rest of the year so i traded my rb3( best) and wr3 (bowe) for Fitz. Bowe has been playing well but there running game is too dominant. Beanie and Breaston starting gives Fitz his number 1 WR value back imo

I just traded for Fitzgerald in one of my zealots dynasty leagues.

I gave: Hillis/Hardesty/Damian Williams & Curtis Lofton

Losing Hillis was the toughest pill. But getting a talent like Fitz I felt was in my teams best interest.

Totally disagree here. If anything, Fitz's value was at its lowest early in the season when he had no rapport with his QBs (esp. with the Anderson/Hall swap). He's getting more in rhythm with each QB and if you looked at the last several weeks, he's been steadily improving.I would even daresay that he puts up constant numbers in the future weeks. Last two weeks were the time to buy and get him ready for your playoffs.... I certainly believe that you will be rewarded for that move, especially against DEN, CAR, and DAL in weeks 14-16.

I have him in a 14 team ppr full IDP Dynasty league and have had 2 offers:

Joseph Addai

LeGarrette Blount

Round 3 2011 rookie pick (late)

for

Larry Fitzgerald

Jerod Mayo

Round 2 2011 rookie pick (likely 2.1)

also

Cedric Benson

Danny Amendola

for Larry Fitzgerald

Nobody should be selling Fitzgerald. He's getting double digit targets each week...he's gonna have some monster weeks ahead.

I was thinking of offering Mendenhall or Bradshaw for him to a team weak at RB. Judging by this thread, that seems to be over the asking price.

i've got an offer out where i give FITZ/RBrown for Bradshaw/Moss.

i've got the depth at WR to let moss sit until he finds a home and would like an upgrade at RB. doubt he accepts.

In my league, he was just traded straight up for Jeremy Maclin.

on these types of treads, theres almost no mention of dynasty vs redraft league.im fairly new here, what is the assumed format?

I like the Hillis/Hardesty/Williams/Lofton side of this, but of course I am rebuilding that team with young talent and sometimes you have to give up a stud to improve in multiple places. I was really surprised to see that Hillis was only 24 years old. It seems like he has been around for 5+ years.

Good call on the rebuilding. This is exactly what the owner is doing. He recently took over for an owner who quit.

I sold him last week for Britt and BMW....

Britt gets injured and BMW puts up a stinker. Nobody could predict a Britt injury. I know some people are buying but I am still glad I don't have to rely on Fitz anymore.

Id pass on both offers: Addai loosing ground in Indy, Blount still somewhat unproven; loosing Fitz and Mayo-IDP STUD and the higher pick..?? no way. The 2nd would be ok in a redraft but not a dynasty: Amendola will be useless in 2011 with Avery, CLayton back, so swapping Fitz for Benson with PPR scoring..no way Benson is as avg as it gets in a PPR for RB's, can start a guy like Sproles/R.Bush and end up close or better due to the catches. Keep fishing..

Though I'm not selling him, the most amusing offer I've seen is one I received in an IDP league:

Sims-Walker

Patrick Willis

for

Fitzgerald

Colston

Round 1 pick

Round 2 pick

I am sorry but I whole heartedly disagree with this. You are HAPPY you don't have to rely on Fitz? I would be less happy relying on BMW and Britt, JMO.

Bought Fitz and Thomas Jones for C.Wells, Hartline and 2011 1st(I'm 7-1 so it should be mid to late) in .5 PPR Dynasty.

Have you owned Fitz this year? It HAS been tough relying on him. Yeah last week looked good because he got two scores, but there was almost no defense being played in that game and half of his yardage came on two throws against a soft zone at the very end of the game. He is helped by the return of Breaston because it gives defenses someone else to key on besides Fitz, but ultimately I believe Fitz's #s are going to be much like the play of his QBs...very inconsistent. There's no denying he's ultra-talented, but the QB combo of Hall/Anderson has been mostly a disaster this year.

i have fitz, may try to see if i can get moss straight up, i already got 3 solid wr's in nicks, austin, tampa mike williams, even collie as a 4th, worth going for that hr
