What record does the Tom Brady owner have in your league? (1 Viewer)

Over the years we have all complained about the Manning owner (during his record breaking season), the LT, Faulk, and even Holmes owners (during their record seasons) but the fact is Tom Brady is currently having the greatest season in fantasy football history. And his numbers are giving his owners an unprecedented advantage. According to my league scoring (6pt per TD, -2 per INT, .05 per pass yd) Tom Brady has a whopping 10.8 ppg advantage over the next best player (Romo). I looked back to 2001 and the next biggest gap between 1st and 2nd was in 2002, Rich Gannon had a 1.8 ppg advantage. WOW.

The Brady owner in my league leads in points and has a 6-2 record. They also drafted LJ and Ronnie Brown which means Brady now is singlehandedly winning his games. Im not complaining cuz I have a 7-1 record, Im just amazed by the PPG advantage.

Brady owner here - his average point lead over Romo in my league is very similar (10.98 per game). Also happened to have the #1 pick and took LT, and am playing 3 WRs each week with Wayne, Edwards, and K. Curtis. Am 7-0-1 (tie in spite of using 2 decimal places...)I am averaging 135 points per game. Second highest is averaging 100.5 per game.

Brady owner in my league is 7-1. He lost week 1 (to me  ) when Brady only had 3 TDs, but not since. The rest of his team is about average.

They are 5-2-1 second in the league in total points. The team also has R.Moss WOW. That one tie is me and I am 7-0-1 1st in points :football:

a few leagues

I own Brady in one, I'm 7-1, I lost to Peyton Manning, LJ, etc. during LT's bye week. Top 2 scores of the week.

14-2, 12-4 (double headers)

I don't own him in any league but the three leagues I'm in the Brady owners are:

7-1

6-2

5-3

The owners that are 6-2 and 5-3 also own LT2.

I am currently the leading scorer in the 16-team PDSL-1 league. Other than Brady, my other top picks (and their current rankings):

Steven Jackson (RB46)

Chester Taylor (RB62)

Marques Colston (WR22)

Todd Heap (TE18)

Isaac Bruce (WR57)

Warrick Dunn (RB34)

Jason Campbell (QB19)

Derrick Mason (WR11)

Amani Toomer (WR35)

I pretty much have Brady and not much else (although Mason turned out ok and I lucked out in grabbing Crayton and Walter late in the draft).

The Brady owner in my league also has LT,,thank god LT is not having the same year he had last season. The team is 7-1

7-2 (play doubleheaders to make 16 games) in one league (Addai too); he's 150 total points ahead of the next highest scorer.

I'm 6-2 in another (with LT and TJ)

Ours is 6-2. He's been extremely unlucky recently, and is seriously considering trading Brady. Injuries and busts have left him hurting with SA, Ronnie Brown, Caddy, Javon Walker, Evans and Heap all giving him problems.

Tough, but certainly not unbeatable.

8-0. 16 team league, so talent is thinner, making the advantage heavier than it would be in many other leagues. His team is #2 in points.

I am 7-1 and play him in week 11. :goodposting:

8-0 (with LT2 & braylon edwards) huge, huge point advantage

7-1 rest of team isn't that great

4-4 huge point advantage, high Points Against. my team.

We play total points instead of head to head and the Brady owner is in 3rd place, well behind 1st and 2nd. He also has LJ, Maurice Jones-Drew, Burress, but not much else. And, he's not the best team manager out there, so he'll leave some points on the bench sometimes with stupid decisions.

I'm actually in the lead with Romo, Parker, ADP, Owens, B. Edwards, Witten, etc..

2nd place owner has Palmer, Addai, Barber, Moss, Wayne, Winslow, etc.

So, the fact that the top two teams are pretty stacked is keeping the Brady owner from 1st place. He's 131 points out of first place in a pretty standard performance scoring league.

8-0 in one league....dude doesn't have much talent other than Brady....but still putting up monster points because of him...he's also #1 in pts.

6-2 in another....also leading in pts...

All you need is a couple of other decent players to run with Brady and you're good..

The guy in my league is 6-1-1, BUT...

Every year there are teams with great records who flop in the FF playoffs. I think that will happen this year to the most part for Brady owners. Why? Look at all the cold weather games left on the Patriots schedule. Cold weather means running the ball more. You watch; games that they're winning right now 52-7 they will win in December 20-3. Brady's stats will still be respectable but nowhere near the numbers he's putting up now...

He's 7-1 and has the most point in the league. This was an auction league and he put all his money in three key players. So far it is working out for him. He is only tied for first though and the other 7-1 owner beat him head to head. They play again this week.

my league brady owner is 4-3-1.. he also has parker, lynch,ROY,, hes 4th in ponts..

i am 7-0-1.. with palmer,edge,peterson,mcgahee,white, edwards,housh,jennings,witten... and i am #1 in points..

told him to trade brady... brady falters...so will every team that has him... if i had him i would trade... 1st time in FF history(in my league) that a QB could ask and get LT.. in a trade.. told him hes not not to trade

In my main league the guy with Brady also owns Randy Moss and Welker. He's 7-1, losing for the first time this week. He's a rookie fantasy player who took Brady in the 3rd, Moss in the 4th, and Welker in the 5th. We all laughed, silly rookies. :blackdot:

I had Brady in two leagues:

Thurman Thomas Dynasty League: 8-0, leading point scorer

Austin Dynasty League: 7-1, leading point scorer

Just accepted an offer of C. Palmer and A. Johnson for T. Brady and T. Ginn Jr. I couldn't pass that deal up in a dynasty league.

The other two leagues that I'm in but don't own Brady the teams are:

Zealots 44 Dynasty League: 3-5, leading point scorer, He also has R. Moss, He's obviously has had some bad matchups

Cybergeek Dynasty League: 8-0, leading point scorer

Brady owner in my league is seriously 1-6-1 at this point. Even with Brady and Housh, the rest of the roster is just flat out bad:

Alexander, MJD, Benson, Harrison, V. Davis, Toomer, Bowe (traded Jacobs for him after week 6).

Same owner last year had LT and lost in the first round of the playoffs.

He lost this week with Brady, Moss, and Welker? He must have had the rest of the team on bye or ran into a buzz saw this week.

They Brady owner is 6-2 in my league, second in the standings as of today, one game back. He is first in total points scored.

Hey I just checked I play the Brady owner Week 10 (NE Bye). Awesome.

Just an unlucky week for him, his opponent had Bulger, Galloway, LenDale and Jennings all play well above ther averages this week. The Brady owner has a 127 point leads on second place in overall points.

Brady owner in my league also has LT, Welker, & Gates.

3-5!!!

He leads the league in points for, but has the worst luck I've ever seen in FF and goes up against that week's point leader week after week after week.

In three leagues (I don't have Brady in any):

7-1 (only loss was to me by two points in week 1; has smashed everyone in his path since then)

5-3 (totally ravaged by injuries and subpar WR play, but still a scary team)

4-4 (keeper league in which he also has McNabb; he started McNabb a few times early on and it cost him, along with horrendous WRs - 3-game win streak)

What sucks is I'm currently 7-1 in all three of my leagues (very good teams, relatively injury-free so far, but also a big beneficiary of some schedule luck), but Brady looms large and I know I'll ultimately get burned by him in at least one or two of these leagues, if not all three.

4 leagues...

6-2 (my team, good for 3rd place in the 4 team division :banned: , 2nd in total points)

6-2 (first place, first in total points)

6-2 (second place, first in total points)

6-2 (first place, first in total points)

In both of my local leagues the Brady owner also has LT2 (both slot 1 of 10)

One owner set a weekly record of 132 points (LT2, Brady, AP, Ownes, Housh)

The other owner is up 93 points for the high score prize (TD heavy scoring - so like 15 + TDS)

Both are undefeated - both are looking like the favorites to win it all IMO.

SFL: 7-1, #1 in Points Scored ... He also just lost Ronnie Brown and now Warrick Dunn is his #1 RB  but he still put up the top numbers again this week.

FFL: 4-4, #3 in Points Scored
