What record does the Tom Brady owner have in your league? (1 Viewer)

Have him in my dynasty league...

5-3, but am the highest scoring team in the league.

My internet was down for a couple weeks so wasn't able to check FBG for inactives and it cost me a win one week when Walker and Rudi were in my starting lineup.

I also lost one game where I scored my 2nd highest points total of the year to a team that was 7 points shy of the all time league single game scoring record.

4 Game winning streak and 2 game lead in my division. Brady is the points leader (over Romo) by an average of 10 points per game (removed last weeks game to even out the byes).

Made a couple trades to take the league title. Now have one of the most beautiful lineups for a Championship run I've ever seen. I've never been so excited to get to Sundays in my life, lol.

Brady, FWP, Westbrook, CJ, Fitzgerald/Evans, Welker, Winslow, Gostkowski, Dallas D/ST.

The Brady owner in one league I am in went 2-5 and then traded him last week for Lynch and Eli, hoping that there upcoming schedules will end up giving him the advantage. He pretty much had nothing else (Maroney was his 1st rounder).

Brady owner here - his average point lead over Romo in my league is very similar (10.98 per game). Also happened to have the #1 pick and took LT, and am playing 3 WRs each week with Wayne, Edwards, and K. Curtis. Am 7-0-1 (tie in spite of using 2 decimal places...)I am averaging 135 points per game. Second highest is averaging 100.5 per game.
Another Brady/LT owner here, generally playing 1RB/3WR. Record is 7-1--lost week two to the Carson Palmer owner when he scored 6 td's (and also had Randy Moss), but I would have actually lost to three other teams that week given their scoring. That was LT's worst week, scoring 5.80 in our system. Brady's 10.83 ppg over Romo in that league, and I'm currently high total points for the season.

I'm a Brady owner. 6-2, tied for first place, second in total points. What's the big deal?

In a league with HUGE yardage bonuses for receivers, Brady is the leading scorer. By 50 points. The next seven players are WRs.

Brady has TWICE as many points as the #2 QB, Manning.

This past weekend was the first time all season Brady has not been my leading scorer. And the first time he got ANY help from my wideouts. (I went RB-RB-QB in the draft.)

Basically, Brady is the ONLY reason I am 6-2.

4-4 And that's with Brady AND Moss.

Brady, Tom NEP QB

Favre, Brett GBP QB

Kitna, Jon DET QB

James, Edgerrin ARI RB

Jones, Kevin DET RB

Taylor, Fred JAC RB

Watson, Kenny CIN RB

White, LenDale TEN RB

Evans, Lee BUF WR

Jennings, Greg GBP WR

Moss, Randy NEP WR

Smith, Steve CAR WR

White, Roddy ATL WR

Williams, Roy DET WR

Crumpler, Alge ATL TE

Hanson, Jason DET PK

Bears, Chicago CHI Def

Vikings, Minnesota MIN Def

I have him in a standard Yahoo! league. I'm in 2nd place overall at 5-3-0, 1st in points with 655 with over 113 point lead. People laughed when I took him in the 3rd round and Witten in the 8th. Been a nice year so far after a slightly slow start.

He's 7-1 and got there by being an unmitigated homer: He drafted Brady, Welker, Stallworth and Watson. Most ahead of where logical individuals would have taken them at the time. Blew a sizable chunk of his FA cash on Sammy Morris when he was producing as well.

The guy has been doing this sort of thing the entire ten+ years we've had this group togehter and is normally everyone's spit bucket because of it. You can imagine the amount of s- he is talking this year. I suppose he's "earned" it.

This guy basically "wasted" his first two picks for the better part of this first half season on Steve Jackson and Jones-Drew and barely even felt a blip with all those Patriots on his squad.

Brady Owner 8-0

Not just winning, dominating.

12 team league with me a 1.01.

LT was 1.01

Benson was 2.12

Brady was 3.01 - 6 point passing TD, 4th QB taken.

Gates 4.12

A. Johnson 5.01.

Braylon Edwards 6.12

K Jones 7.01

6 - 2

Brady and Addai have been carrying his ###. the rest of his team is mediocre. He still leads my division in scoring by 3 points.

I was able to beat him when Brady had a 3 TD week at the Bengals.

4-4, in a 4-way tie for 2nd/5th place. Guy's a moron, and would be 0-8 if not for Brady. His RBs are Dunn, MJD, Kenny Watson, B Jackson, and Najeh Davenport, WRs are Coles, Ward, Santana Moss, and Roddy White. He's got Brady and a bunch of scrubs.

Big Tom Brady fan, so I own him in 3 leagues

7-1 in one league (lost one game by .5 due to bye week)

5-3 in the other league (highest scorer in the league but lost a couple of close matchups at the beginning of the season)

8-0 in the 3rd league (Brady, Moss, Reggie Wayne and Adrian Peterson. No other team is anywhere close)

In each of the 3 leagues where I don't have him, the Brady owner is 6-2 and in the top 3 in total points.

In the league where I have him, I am 4-4 but tops in total points. I also lead the league in points allowed, and aside from Housh the rest of my squad has been disappointing. Luckily, half the pot goes to the top 3 in total points.

I have him in one league and I'm 7-1 in first and leading scoring. It's a keeper league where we keep only one player that was drafted after round 3 from the draft two years ago and remained your keeper in the last year, or a player that was drafted after the third round last year. As a result of a fantasy football team that's cupboard was bare I reluctantly kept Brady as my keeper this year...almost not keeping anyone at all!

In another league owner is in first and record is 6-2; second in scoring.

I have Brady in a league, currently 6-2.
Ours is 6-2 as well. It's weird. I'm 7-1 and my only loss was to him by 1 point in a really low scoring week for both of us. He has outscored me by just about 50 points for the season. Ronnie Brown and Westbrook helped his totals a lot...

In one league the Brady owner is 7-1. That league awards 6 pts per td pass, -1 per int, and weird yardage points (3 points at 250 yards and +1 each addl 25 yds). Definitely a qb friendly league.

In my other league, the Brady owner also owns LT/Michael Turner, Steven Jackson/Brian Leonard, Earnest Graham, and Tony Gonzales - but has virtually no WRs, a lousy K and lousy DT/ST. He sits at 5-3.

The team ahead of him has Peyton Manning/Dallas Clark and decent but not great WRs and RBs and K and DT/ST. So in that league which does not favor qbs (4 pts per td, -2 per int), he doesn't make that much of a difference as say a great RB or WR.

Im in 2 leagues. One with him one without. Both leagues are 6 points per TD.

With Brady: 8-0. THis is not a ppr league so TDs have more weight here. Brady is a HUGE difference maker here with his consistent 5 TDs per week.

Without Brady: 6-2. If I had Brady I'd be 7-1. THis is a ppr league. Points are easier to come by without scoring TDs. Still a huge advantage but not as much.

Brady owner is 8-0 in my league, but I would not say he's a shoo-in for the title. His supporting cast is good, not great. He lucked out the night Romo turned it over 6 times (INTs and lost fumbles are -3 in my league). He won a couple others when his opponent's studs had unusually poor showings. Of course having said that, he'll run the table.

4-4 - 16-team dynasty - has played a tough schedule, seemingly running up against a random big player or two each week.

6-2 - 12 team redraft

League 1 - 5-3, highest scoring team in league (also has LT)

League 2 - 7-1, 2nd highest scoring team (behind me, I'm 6-2)

8-0 and 7-1 in 2 MOX leagues and leading in PF in each. My one loss I could have won with a different WDIS decision. I am in 9 leagues and in almost all of them the Brady owner is among the league leaders in PF and wins.

Coincidently in my 10 team dynasty with LT, LJ, ADP, and Ocho Stinko I am 3-5 and likely at the end of my 3x defending championship run.

league #1: he's 8-0 but he's also got moss and braylon edwards. he has no RB's that are worth anything but he doesn't need them either at 8-0.

league #2: my son and i have him and we're 8-0

League #1 - 6-1-1, 1st place, 2nd in points (me)

League #2 - 7-1, 1st place, 1st in points (me)

League #3 - 5-3, tied for 2nd, 3rd in points

League #4 - 2-6, tied for last, 6th in points

League #5 - 7-2, tied for 1st, 2nd in points

10-teamer: 4-4 and tied for 1st in overall points

12-teamer: 6-1 and 1st place in overall points

In my 12 team dynasty league the Tom Brady owner is 6-2 and is leading in points scored by about 60. In my 8 team redraft I have Brady, I'm 7-1 and crushing the league in point scored. The #2 team trails me by 150 points, avg per game score is probably around 80 or 90. In my 16 team redraft the Brady owner is tied for first with me at 7-1 and leads me in points scored by 45 (although I gave him his only loss), about the same avg score per game as the other leagues.

I have Brady, am 7-1, first in total points.

My 12-team league had a messed up draft on Fanball - owner with second pick didn't show for the first few rounds, and the auto-pick effed up and took four straight QBs! -- 1.02 Manning, 2.11 Brees, 3.02 Brady, 4.11 Hasselbeck! (1/2 the guys in the league are pretty casual, so there wasn't much consideration of a redraft.)

I had the ninth pick, went 1.09 FWP, 2.04 McGahee...and by the time it got to me in the third round, others had responded. Palmer went in the second, Bulger ahead of me in the third, McNabb too I think. So I drafted a third and fourth RB, taking Ronnie Brown and (reaching a bit) Marshawn Lynch to trade with the four-QB guy. (Took Jay Cutler in the 7th(!) just to make sure I had somebody at QB.)

First I offered FWP for Manning - more than fair, considering. No dice. Ended up trading McGahee for Brady. Worked out all right, despite the Ronnie Brown loss.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell that story. Thanks.

Not a Brady owner

Owner is 5-3 and leading scorer in league (which factors in to our wild cards). 46 points total more than the #2 team in points.

Brady is 7.6 ppg higher on average than the #2 player in Romo.

$$$ league he's 7-1. Guy took Brady,Moss and NE D/ST. Scoring a lot of points, esp. in large league.

My team leads other div. also 7-1 but if we meet in the finals, NE plays Miami that week. Whoa....I am toast.

2 leagues (not my teams):

5-3: but 2nd in points despite suffering with SJax as a 1st rounder

5-3: also 2nd in points; has lost at least 1 matchup due to managerial stupidity (left bye week players in the lineup, while points on the bench would've gotten the win)

In the league I own him, I'm 11-3. Since I was 25-3 last year without Brady in the regular season, I'm on pace to do worse than last year.

In my other league the team who owns him is 5-3. The same team owned him last year and went 5-9.

6-2 in my league and he's about 100+ points ahead of the next guy. He has:

Brady

Gore

Watson/Graham

Moss

Bowe (AJ on his bench)

Gates (he owns Winslow too)

Adam Vin.

Pats DST

He's taken 1st place 5/8 weeks, but no 2nd places. The four guys in bold are just lighting it up.

P.S. After the draft we all though he was quite the guppy. Who's the guppy now? :blackdot:

The Brady owner in my ten team league is 5-3, in a three way tie for 2nd place behind my 6-2 record. Brady is averaging 37.5 per game vs. Romo's 29.5 per game, and the Romo owner is in 9th place with a 3-5 record.

As for YTD scoring, the Brady owner comes in 3rd, and the Romo owner is in 9th by a mere 2 points over the 10th place team. I'm 2nd in points scored (with Roethlisberger), 16 points behind the leader (who has Kitna).

Bottom line, having either one of these two guys can lift a mediocre team into contention, but only if they've got enough talent on the roster starting alongside them. Neither of these two owners has much besides those guys. I'd love to have one of them, but I think my team is probably better because I took a QB late to allow me to load up elsewhere.
