Adam Monroe's piano cover of Tool's Stinkfist is absolutely beautiful.  Keep in mind Adam is not just youtuber that does piano covers. He was a member of Ashes Divide--a rock band that features Billy Howerdell of A Perfect Circle and other really talented musicians .  He had started creating a cover for Stinkfist like 5-6 years ago and posted the first minute of it on youtube back then.  He finally came back to finish it and post the final product years later.  To me--nothing beats the original Tool version--but this interpretation is absolutely top notch.
