I abstained from the vote because I believe wings should be left intact, and we shouldn't have to choose between the drum & the flat. That's just Big Chicken maximizing profits off of the sucker consumers by selling you 1/3 of a wing and calling it a wing.

As a hot sauce professional who had a sauce on S9 of Hot Ones, I feel qualified to have this opinion.

Best ones for me were E1 Jonas Bros, Trevor Noah, Adam Devine, the bonus 13th epi with Jay Pharaoh, Kumeil Nanjiani…there were a few other shout outs (shouts out?) but those were my favorites.

Nope - Year of the Dog!

Fun fact: 2018 was year of the dog. The sauce won grand prize for tasting at the National Fiery Food & BBQ show in 2018, and then got on Hot Ones in 2018.

Also I was born in ‘70, so I am Year of the dog as well.

That's really cool! I'm do for a re-order. I just remember that scorpion one was intense. One single drop was enough (I learned the very hard way).

A couple weeks ago a friend of ours had won an auction for a bunch of local oysters, so she had a big party and grilled oysters rockefeller. I brought over a selection of your hot sauces. They were all a huge hit. Especially the mustard chipotle and cherry chipotle. I'm gonna have to reload.

At my San Rafael farmers market booth, Hog Island Oyster used to post up right across from me. They go through a case of my sauce to every 1 bottle of Tabasco.

They used to bring me platters of chipotle aoli grilled oysters. I cried a little the day they quit doing farmers markets.

I’m not big on raw, but grilled or Rockefeller and I’m in.
