Just FYI, you might want to add a 2nd question about how many spots his stock has dropped due to the injury. I'm putting 1.02, which is the same as before.

I voted 1.4 and would take AD, Rice, Mendenhall over Foster. *** Edited to remove my JC over Foster comment.

You might get more respect if you actually offered an opinion of your own now and then.
I don't follow the personalities on this board so with that said... The OP put up a poll, no need for his opinion, just his vote. For you to disrespect him the way you just did earns you my ignore function. I have no use for adults who lack common descency or common sense.
If you have no use for adults who lack common decency, you wouldn't be taking up for LHUCKS. Raider Nation knows what he is talking about.

I would let somebody else take him.

From year to year, there are always new guys who surface as the surefire studs. I am not saying he will suck, but he reminds me more of a Jamal Lewis type of talent than a Tomlinson, Faulk, or Peterson. Those guys could be counted to be great every year, no matter what the situation.

As a person who watched a lot of Texans games last year, i saw a lot of situations where a. the Texans were behind, and b. Shaub had to dump it off short to move the ball because he was about to get killed. I am not sure that will happen again. Plus, you know the coaches are going to work in tate and ward to keep him fresh. The Texans could give two craps about fantasy football. I am much sure they would even want a rbbc, if the other guys can do just as well, so they don't have to pay him major money!

I have 1.5 in a one keeper on Weds. Up until now, i was pretty sure he was going to be kept, but the other owner has some pretty solid keeper options on the table too. If he falls to me, i will have to pass.

I'm still torn quite honestly. I hold the 1.01 in a high $$$ league drafting Tuesday. I guess it shouldn't matter whether it's a cheapy league vs a high $$$.......my thought process should be the same, BUT......I'm having a hard time laying my dough on "damaged goods". Bugs me that this is his second "issue" with the same hammy. Just seems "smart" to grab AP/Rice and let somebody else worry (or reap the benefits..........this sucks).

Translation: "I don't follow personalities on the board, therefore I have no idea what you're talking about, but I certainly won't let that stop me from passing judgment on you and sharing my disapproval with the rest of the board".Since you don't follow personalities, I'd like to make a suggestion. Out of the tens of thousands of users on these forums, very few maintain such a consistently positive presence as Raider Nation. He has proven himself time and time again to be a tremendous asset to this community. While ignoring him is certainly your prerogative, I cannot help but think that these forums would be a bleaker and less useful place as a result. In my 8+ years of experience interacting with him, I have found that RN is the kind of guy who should be favorited, not ignored. And this is coming from a Broncos fan, so you know it must be truth.

:blush:The feeling is mutual, GB. They should have made you a staffer years ago!

You should put more energy into following "the personalities on this board", so you don't look so silly going forward.

FWIW, I pulled the trigger on him at 1.5 in my 12-team PPR today.

(And nice picture, Gambino.)

With the way you jus disrespected rn i am putting you on ignore

Im amazed that even with a hamstring pull, 1.01 is leading this poll. How do yinz take a hamstrung Foster over All Day in a contract year?!

Peterson being in a "contract year" might be the most overblown thing I've ever heard. What... does the Vikings front office think he stinks??

I think more than anyone, AD runs 100% every time, so I dont think the contract thing is a big deal. That said, how is Arian still 1.01 now over Peterson who has been a stud since he entered the league?!

gets more attention because he finished #1 RB last year..but alsoADP has McNabb , which may or may not be better than last season's QB debacle. the o-line is weaker.Minny plays GB and Chi 2x, while Foster plays Colts,Tenn, Jags 2X, none of which are any good at stopping the run..Colts are perhaps the worst rush defense in the league.Houston also has a much more explosive offense than Minnesota..I get the whole ADP thing, but if you're worried about Foster's hammy, you take Tate a few rounds earlier than normal. same if you take Hightower - you're also taking Helu.

:goodposting: In my PPR league with a bunch of FBGs, I stuck with Foster at 1.01 and grabbed Tate and Ward since we go 20 deep. I am a bit worried, you can't own him right now and not be. I just think if he does miss time Ward/Tate will be more than adequate and, in PPR, Foster's ceiling is so far above ADP/Rice, that I am OK with the risk. Heck, I drafted Gates (2PPR for TEs) too, so living on the edge. I went all in.

1.02 for me but he was always there. I just favor ADP from a risk standpoint: every year in the league in the top 3, amazingly talented, has produced on good teams and bad, contract year, only 26 which is prime career years for the best RB's.

Wouldn't fault someone for taking Rice or even Charles ahead of him. Not a fan of Charles myself, but I am down on all Chiefs in general this year.

John Clayton Arian Foster tweeted his hamstring MRI and it sure doesn't look like he's been in the lineup when the season starts. He has a tear.
Some people might want to change their votes...
