He had 7 points in my league. Certainly not record breaking but somewhere on the low average side of scoring points.
The Colts are having problems punching the ball into the endzone right now and he should get his opportunities. I think he's good for 7 to 12 points a game, so if you want to roll the dice and play matchups but maybe with a lesser kicker, up to you.
