Who's going to start both Peterson and Taylor? (1 Viewer)

Will Detroit be so woeful that AD gets a TD or two in the first half and Taylor grinds out all of the yards (and maybe another TD or two) in the second half? Do the Vikings look like the Titans this week, with AD and Taylor playing the roles of Johnson and White?

While everyone will be rushing to start AD this week (ranked #1), who would you sit to start Taylor (if you were also going to start AD)?

I am starting both along with Calvin and Chris Johnson.

On my bench are Braylon, DeSean Jackson, Bruce, Rhodes and M. Jones.

:goodposting: I am but mostly because I have the #1 seed clinched and there is nothing to play for for me. Why not take the chance?? Besides, I'd almost rather lose this week anyway. I am a HUGE believer of NOT going into the playoffs on a long winning streak(currently 8), because odds say it has to end eventually, and I'd rather that be next year then in the playoffs.

I guess you mean next game and not next year!?But you seriously think your odds of winning in the playoffs is higher when you try not to win your last regular season game by not playing your best players!? :) That's hilarious!

Think about that: Maybe your players lose their confidence and their rhythm, when you give away a game (and the winning streak) on purpose... :P

I am considering it too. I am playing Ward now at flex. Both are number 2 rbs but ward seems to get a larger role in the offense. I think both are safe plays. Last time CT put up 3 fantasy points. That game was also in Minn. I also think that Det is a beaten team now moreso than week 6. They have less offense with Culpepper so will have the ball less playing time. Ward is good for probably 10 points but less chance of a TD unless he breaks off a big run.

This is my inner thought stream that will keep me awake sweating this lineup decision all night. I am trying to knock out the commish. I am 10-3 and he is 6-7 but he has the points total. Aside from being the commish he is a good friend who wants the bragging rights as much as I do...this game almost more important than any other since the winner knocks out the loser who will be chided endlessly until next season. I don't even know most of the people in the league so a loss to a faceless team means little but to a long time buddy is extremely painful and humiliating.....all in the fantasy world of course :)

i don't own either ..... but i am starting both Jacobs & Ward - kinda simular i guess

(Portis, Betts, Bradshaw, MoMo on my bench)

.... which leads me to ask ...... which combo do you think will score more fantasy points this week ?

(standard scoing - this week only)

Peterson & Taylor or Jacobs & Ward ??

I'd like to say Peterson and Taylor because generally speaking, if your opponent can't stop anything, you'd elect to run the ball all day long. There is always the risk that Childress will try to show everybody how smart he thinks he is and not do the obvious thing and run, even though it will work just fine, and throw the ball 50 times to try to win that way.
