I live in a suburb of Huntsville. Our town of 45k has an avg median family income of over $110k and 60% (national avg of 25%) of the population has at least at bachelor's degree. Add that in with a cheap cost of living, and I'm pretty sure you don't what the hell you're talking about in regards to Huntsville.Find a new job?
I had a job that tried to move everyone to Huntsville. Only about 5% of a staff of 200 made the move, everyone else quit or found another local project. They tried like hell to get more retention than that. The PM even put real estate books in the lunch room to show us how low home prices out there were.

interesting that a guy with 'NORTH' in his username identifies so strongly with the SOUTH. You can't even get along with the Southern part of Carolina.
where would Peens fit in better? San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Palo Alto, Silicon Valley? So many choices.
