Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips was not yet seen at the team's facility early Monday, Nov. 8, according to Calvin Watkins, of ESPNDallas.com. His leased SUV which is parked outside the scouting department's office was not there, but that doesn't mean he was fired. Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones normally meets with the coaches every Monday to watch film of the game, but it wasn't determined if that had happened yet.

if he's not fired, you can bet no coach is getting fired and all owners have gone into cheapskate mode in prep for a lockout. No reason to pay out additional $ for new head coaches & ex-head coaches.
