Worst Movie You’ve Seen (1 Viewer)

I'm sure these don't hold a candle to some of the low-budget C-level garbage that some have  mentioned here, but my list.....

Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice: I love superhero movies (although I'm not a comic book fan) but couldn't even get through this. I have  no idea how they botched this so badly.

From Justin to Kelly: Caught it on HBO at some point and its as awful as you'd expect. Finished it just for schtick purposes.

Lincoln. I'm a huge history buff (was my major) but this was just absurdly boring.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward  Robert Ford:  I generally like anything Pitt does, but this was just painful to sit through. Didn't make it to the end.

Honorable mention Tuff Turf

Went to the movies with my buddy and his girlfriend (I was a third wheel because my girlfriend had to go back to Canada).  Buddy and  I had never heard of this movie but his girlfriend had seen the trailer and said it looked awesome.  She also said it was about gangs.  I expected something like The Warriors or The Wanderers.  Oh how I was wrong.

ETA about the only thing good about this movie was Kim Richards of Witch Mountain fame spent the whole movie looking like a cheap hooker whose only dream was to be in The Go-Gos.

The worst one I remember seeing in the theater was Color of Night with Bruce Willis.  Such a piece of garbage.  I was ticked I spent time and $ seeing it.
There was one that was worse. He was protecting an autistic kid who was a witness or something.

Willis: Kid, be quiet!

Kid: AAARUSHABGAJABBJAHEGFHAAH!!!!!!!!!!!

I did   It has pretty decent reviews. Maybe I just didn't get it.
I thought the concept looked interesting based on the trailer.  Sorry to hear they ####ed it up.

That was a huge turd, for sure

I had forgotten about it (likely intentionally blocking it from my memory), but Battlefield Earth was all kinds of BAD.  That John Travolta found work afterwards just goes to show how strong his history was.  It was godawful....

It went full circle through huh, what, lolz, ugh and back again. One of my favorite campy bad movies every made.

That said, since the Scientology revelations lately (going clear doc and Leah Rimini series) I'm less laughing and more cringing at it.

The director has done some great movies. Matt Damon, Kristen Whig, Jason Sudeikis.

Cant believe how bad this was.
It started off alright, even though you knew the "twist" from the commercials, but man, the 2nd-3rd act was bad, bad, bad.  Even Christopher Waltz sucked.  Even if you put a gorgeous chick in the broken English character's role, it still sucks.  The premise was fun though.  I liked the Rick Moranas as Lilly Tomlin takes.

Yeah just a weird movie. Offensively bad. A few reviewers somehow gave it perfect scores.

What was the Rick Moranas thing?

my older brother tried to sneak me and his girlfriend into "The Breakfast Club" when i was a freshman in high school. we bought tickets to a different movie but were caught as we tried to drift over to "The Breakfast Club". We got redirected and sent back into "Fast Forward" .
WTF is that?
Fast Forward - hey anything that features Larry Tate from Bewitched has to be gold.

Liked The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward  Robert Ford quite a bit.

Slow pace, excellent performances.

Long movies don't bother me if they're well done.

OMG....this was the piece of dreck where Spader was shooting guys in the junk/chest with a dart gun at the end of the movie, yes?
There was another movie the same year with James Spader and almost the same plot called The New Kids.

So they basically made the same horrible movie twice!

That trailer is a thing of beauty.

Battle: Los Angeles with Aaron Eckhart was probably the worst movie I've seen that I was actually interested in seeing in recent memory. An alien invasion movie where nothing happens, there are a bunch of meaningless explosions, and zero characters are even remotely interesting. The kinda of movie where you root for everyone to die quickly so the movie will be over. Just awful. I'd take Batman and Robin 100 times over that.

Phantom Menace is probably a good call from an anticipation to quality aspect.

I thought Chocolat was aggressively awful, but I realize that isn't a movie that is aimed toward me at all. Johnny Depp sucks and has always sucked.

Liked Battlefield Los Angeles to me it was a good B flick.

Didn't care for Time Bandits or Satyricon.

Couldn't stomach Brimstone which is a recent release.

Just watched this terrible movie on Netflix, it was absolutely horrible... Think it was called Mustang Island, just awful.

@cosjobs This was a layup, had to take the shot  :P  Haven't seen it, but congrats!!

Your wife and I enjoyed it last night, when we were able to pay attention.  Tell her to drop my socks by the office.

I haven't seen it yet, but listened to his interview on WTF and he said it's a mix of environmental,  personal/relationship, and religious metaphors.  I believe he said in that order too.  Don't think horror movie was the intent, but again, I haven't seen it.  (it's on my list, and forgot that came out Tuesday too)
Saw it recently... lots of WTF moments.  After the fact I read more about it and it kind of made sense.   I'd say it was interesting at least

Yor, the Hunter from the Future.

My dad took me to see it in downtown Cincinnati when it came out. This was around the time my parents got divorced so it was probably supposed to be an adventure, especially since sci-if/fantasy was all I read back then. Could have filmed a more riveting cinematic tour-de-force walking from the parking garage to to the cinema. Can’t remember if there were any barbarian boobs or not -if there were then dad would have made us leave as soon as he realized that.
