Please reply to the ticket. Our support guys say everyone who has been advised of the fix so far has confirmed it’s working. So we need to hear from you there if it’s not working for you and we’ll help there.

Happened to me too earlier. Was a mock draft, but same result. First it said the draft had not started, then I tried again mid-round and got a message that “there’s already a draft in progress, load that one” which it wouldn’t let me do.

That's something with Sleeper's mock draft. Our Live Draft Sync is not available for mock drafts.

Alas, I gave up trying as I wanted to focus on the mock (was a bunch of us board dwellers)
On another note, the chrome extension for CBS doesn’t seem to work. The link to log-in takes me to a password reset screen.
When I reset the PW, I tried to log in, but a pop-up said I didn’t have any ESPN leagues. Which is true, but I was trying to synch with CBS.
Still some kinks to work out it seems.
Can you please let our people know at www/footballguys.com/help and click "contact support". The CBS extension is working great for thousands of others and they'll want to see why it's not working for you.

Went to open a ticket, and to screen shot what I was seeing, and was prompted to download a new version of DD.
Added a new mock, and synched - and..... it worked! No ticket needed. Seems to have done the trick. Sorry for the false alarm, but being stuck in the loop sucked. It's all working fine now though. Cheers.

My home league is old school. We put stickers to a draft board.
As such, after the draft I spent an hour+ manually entering the teams into CBS rosters.
As DD is capable of synching from CBS, it occurred to me that perhaps DD could export to CBS? Don’t know if it’s technically feasible, but this would be such a helpful feature for commishes like myself.

Right now it's just one way. The site to Draft Dominator. It gets quite a bit trickier to write from DD to the platforms but it's something we'll look into for the future.
Primary goal though for 2025 is getting live sync working on other platforms beyond Sleeper.

It works great and fully if you use sleeper. It does not work on the other platforms.
Not a way to test it on the actual draft. Lots of people have set up fake leagues on Sleeper and played with it there.
Fortunately for this feature, there is no learning curve as there's nothing for you to do. You simply use the Draft Dominator as normal as the picks for other teams magically show up.
I'm using it now in the Beat Joe Bryant Draft https://x.com/Football_Guys/status/1826735506018947341 on Footballguys Home Leagues and it's a total game changer.

You still make the picks as usual. Nothing changes, it's just if you already used the DD during the draft and clicked each name off each time someone was drafted, now you don't have to.
Basically the same as when people stopped crossing a name off of a piece of paper with a pen when they got drafted and went digital. This is no different, just saves one step but doesn't at ALL change the way someone drafts or who they pick, etc.

Had the opportunity to use Live Sync with two drafts on sleeper this weekend. Holy Moly, was it super helpful! It didn't sync for the first few picks of my FBG Bowl draft, but a quick "turn off sync" and "turn on sync" worked like a charm to get it back rolling and after than, no issues were had. At one point, I just watched the dominator as value (rank) changed as picks were made.
Definitely a game changer. However, if you're using a non sleeper site and you realize this error, it's pretty easy to go fix that mistake without affecting the rest of the draft. You can just use the swap or insert buttons later on

Absolutely - myfantasyleague. please god. It syncs, but I have to manually enter every pick, which drives me crazy.
apparently they're working on it but likely not in time for this year. Fingers crossed.
I tried draft dominator several years ago and stopped it because it was too difficult to do during the draft. I found myself using my desktop for the draft and my laptop for the dominator. It was very difficult to manually enter in draft picks so quickly and once in awhile I would miss a player being selected so I had to reverse to get it corrected. Very frustrating so I stopped doing it and simply just printed out a VBD sheet.
What is a sleeper mode? Are you saying draft dominator will log in to our league website and update draft picks for me live? I have drafts on Yahoo and CBS coming up next week so that would be great.

Not sleeper mode. It's for leagues that are hosted on the www.sleeper.com Platform.
It's a fantastic platform. Also has amazing mobile app. And 100% free.

I used this for the FBG draft it was amazing. I need this for my yahoo in person draft. Would free up a ton of time at the draft watching the picks go for you so I can focus on who I’m going to draft versus inputting everyone else’s picks. @Joe Bryant

I found that the live sync worked great with my Sleeper FBG Bowl league (0091) last Saturday night. I have to say it really removed a lot of heated dancing on my part with not having to enter eleven other picks into Dominator before I made my on-the-clock pick.
Not sure if it was my smart phone, my internet, or something else entirely but I did have slight issues bouncing back and forth between the apps. Each time I went back to the other app there was a little lag time before things got back up to speed on the now current app. I never did time out but I found myself with less than a minute clock left on a number of picks and ran my clock down real close to the final seconds. I will say though that this issue cropped up after half the draft was over and didn't affect my early rounds.

I don't think this is really necessary or a big deal. The ONLY time it would even somewhat help is in the above example, and I'm guessing a very small percentage of drafts use a big draft board in real life. Even if they do, it would be pretty simple for the commish to just click the player on the CBS site once someone makes a pick on the big board on the wall.
Since it would then sync anyways (Once you get it working for CBS), it's not saving you any time at all. It's either one click on the CBS site, or one click on the DD. Having it two way is basically pointless.

This was a main reason for using Fantasy Pros the last couple years (Yahoo league). I would spend the time to update all of their rankings to be closer to FBG (and my own) and I felt like it gave me a signficant advantage to have them keeping track of picks so I could focus on my next selection and strategy.
This year I decided not to use them and did DD manually again. I got messed up around round 8 (of 19) and never recovered during the draft. I couldn't figure out if there was a way to just delete a pick (I had accidentally done "insert" to fix an incorrect pick instead of "swap"). But instead of fairly stressfree the draft was incredibly stressful and once it was out of sync it was worse than not using it at all.
Side note, while talking about development work on DD, I know it's too late for this season, but I'd love to see a higher emphasis on Accessibility and even general usability. I am a front end developer and happy to have a discussion about this whenever the planning for next year starts up. There are things that are literally un-usable for people who may have different settings due to disabilities.

This is a game changer. Makes an in person draft likely go far more time managed and not have to worry about inputting every pick.
Hopefully yahoo is next for my draft next week.

MFL has some super intense trade options for picks and such I'm not sure it'll be perfect there. There's a chance its not working perfectly but we wanted to get it out for y'all.
We'll keep trying to do all we can for folks.
And next year, we'll be looking to add more platforms.

Yahoo is in the plan for 2025 but not this year. We wanted to be super careful we nailed the tasks we took on and we knew keeping the focus tight was going to be key. Initially it was just Sleeper and we were able to add MFL at the end here. But I'm sorry, that's all for this year.

But can I ask how in the world the rate my team algorithm works? This isn't a "why does the DD think my team sucks?" thing either. But, see for yourself; this is what it says about my top two WRs (we combine the WR/TE position in my league):
"We don't particulary like Rashee Rice as a 1st Wide Receiver and Tight End; he's a likely flex starter. We do, however, think CeeDee Lamb makes a terrific 2nd Wide Receiver and Tight End --- also probably a frequent flex contributor."
So, and this is a super-flex league so it won't look like most traditional drafts, I drafted CeeDee Lamb at 1.06 (WR2 behind Tyreek), I drafted Rashee at 7.06 (WR22). So....??? It feels like your algorithm is quite broken @Joe Bryant

Thanks for the feedback on the Rate My Team. I do know it can struggle sometimes on non traditional drafts. The likely best thing is not make it available for those and keep it to traditional.

Joe, are you telling me that if my draft had a separate WR & TE positions the algorithm would refer to CeeDee as my #1 WR and Rashee as my #2? They're both WRs, drafted seven rounds apart, I don't see how that factors in to traditional or not
I mean, maybe that's the case but I am having difficulty with the logic.
I apologize if it seems I'm stirring the pot, because this really isn't a big deal in the grand, or not so grand, scheme of things but, this one does seem basic enough to question the value of the offering to anyone, not just non traditional drafters.
At any rate, thank you again for another DD managed draft that, I personally believe turned out excellent for me, even if the DD itself may not be able to recognize that fact.
I would be interested in a Draft Dominator that did not require me to enter my draft order twice.
Two leagues so far.
Both times I enter the draft order, looks good, then enter something else like keepers, then have to enter the draft order again.
(note: this is a very small gripe, overall the web site and app have worked well for me for many years, thanks FBG)

We still use RT Sports since our league is going into year 23. Will the draft dominator link with my draft on that platform?
Yes, would be great if Yahoo could be figured out for next year. I had two Yahoo drafts this year. Was using Fantasy Pros for the live sync, was also trying to manually update Draft Dominator at the same time. We only had 1 minute between picks. Felt like the entire time I was trying to just input the picks correctly rather than spending the time thinking on who might be available and who I might want. And when you miss a pick and it gets off by one like you said, it's impossible to correct it on the fly and then becomes useless.
My second Yahoo draft I didn't even use Draft Dominator at all and it was much less stressful, so I had the same experience as you.

Worked perfectly for me in two drafts this weekend. Both drafts completed in record time. The 12 teamer in 2.5 hours and the 16 teamer in 3.5 hours!
