WR Antonio Brown, FA (2 Viewers)

Can AB be trusted today?
Certainly a bit of a gamble but the upside is potentially massive…guess it depends on other options, your opponent and how conservative/aggressive you are.  Can’t get a much better matchup and potential workload…if he’s in he’s playing for me…just like last week.

I think I am starting him.  My brain is saying start Sony Michel, but my gut wants to pair AB with Tom Brady for the upside.

The only downside is it may be a blowout, but we know how much Tom loves to pile it on.

If it is a blowout I’d imagine he’ll get a number of points along the way.  I would look for a stat line like last week.  Jets are awful vs pass and Brown is again their #1 wideout and best option.

I'm playing with confidence.

Has this guy burned his Dancing with the Stars card yet?  'cause that's the only money-mining opportunity this guy has left.

they replayed the whole sideline sequence still not sure what triggered him

Evans & Howard tried to get him to put his pads back on but he was out of control

I'm guessing the coaches or someone in charge told him he wasn't going to get the number of catches he felt he desired and I also think he felt the OC and Arians were not running the offense the way he felt he should be moving, it's possible AB could have been right since the results today are LOUSY but AB just played his last game in the NFL, if he wasn't already done, doubt Tom Brady will even want anything to do with him after this.

I also think anytime you are at AB's mercy because of the recent injuries that if you don't adjust to his personality that he will pull the plug any time he wants to take his toys out of the sand box and go home.

KEYSHAWN JOHNSON was a little ##### too

Right @Capella

Brandon Marshall

It was a televised mental health crisis

“Brown is in striking distance of $1 million in total contract incentives -- $333,333 each for receptions, yards and touchdowns. He entered Sunday with 29 receptions and had 10 in the Bucs' 32-6 win over the Carolina Panthers, leaving him needing 11 in the final two games to earn an additional $333,333, according to a review of his contract.

Brown also entered with 418 receiving yards and added 101, now needing 281 more in the final two games to earn another $333,333 in incentives. He also has five touchdowns and needs two more to make another $333,333.”

He had a TON of incentive language in his contract. He likely would have hit them with a full compliment if targets these last two weeks.
I’d be willing to bet this was what triggered him. Brown has shown to have a victim mentality in his career, and likely felt like the team wasn’t giving him the opportunity to meet his incentives.

Throwing his gear into the stands? He literally quit his team today.

What are the odds we see this guy somewhere in Pittsburgh for Ben’s final home game tomorrow night?

While still crazy at this sheds a little light, well as much as you can when dealing with a nut. Going to be really hard to get those catches now

Yeah I mean he probably wouldn't have earned any more targets in this game they were trailing the entire time in.

I’m generally a believer in letting things go when done in the heat of the moment - but quitting the game and just walking out is indefensible.  He’d never play for me again if I was the Bucs GM.

Bruce Arians said Antonio Brown “is no longer a Buc.”

Breaking: Antonio Brown has been released by the Bucs. Bruce Arians just said he's out.

what a bummer.  so much talent.   AB seriously needs some psych help.
