Which will be his last year in SF if he doesn't restructure.Probably won’t be relevant until 2026We won't see him for ar least a year.

Nah, but the organization should get some sort of salary cap reliefThere needs to be a middle ground because now the team is screwed paying for a player they don't have for a year. That’s EXACTLY why players hold out for their bag. It can end any minute so get it while you can.I’m for Aiyuk on that one, sorry.Bad thing the 49ers gave in on that huge payday.Good thing he held out for that huge payday.
I think there should be built-in injury clauses in contracts. A player gets their entire salary as long as they're healthy, but if they get injured, their pay gets adjusted for time missed. If a player makes $20 mil/yr and gets a season ending injury week 8, he gets half his salary for that season. Miss 4 games? You lose 4 games of pay.
I know that'll never happen, but I think something needs to be done to make it fair for both sides.
Only if they insure against it which I tend to doubt.Nah, but the organization should get some sort of salary cap relief

Would love for him to land in Washington and pair with Daniels, but that would be too good to be true for holders.Underdog NFL

His value will be in the recovery as reports like this come out, but still depreciated. I am trying to package him for a RB right now, so we be curious if anyone has seen any recent trades. I agree about the pick values you mentioned, 1st is too much and a 2nd is too little. What is his current value in dynasty right now? I might go do some shopping. If he's healthy and playing he's worth a first but that seems steep right now with lots of questions still.
Second isn't enough.... hmm maybe an early second and a rookie flyer?
KTC now has a trade "database" - FWIW these are what comes up:His value will be in the recovery as reports like this come out, but still depreciated. The only 2 I would even take a second to think about are Golden and Downs. I love Godwin, but there us an age gap between these 2.KTC now has a trade "database" - FWIW these are what comes up:His value will be in the recovery as reports like this come out, but still depreciated. Ayiuk for a (each line is a separate trade):
2026 second
Godwin
Jayden Reed
Matthew Golden + a 2027 second
Downs
Mike Evans
Shakir and a 2026 second
2025 - 2.03
Stuck category as well I suppose, but I am okay with it. I offered him for the 1.09 and was turned down, but not immediately. I am still a believer in the talent. I just saw an opportunity to get a little draft capital, and he’s like my WR5 or 6 on that team.He has two things working against him in the value department. 1) Recovering from injury. 2) After he got on the field after he held out he was not productive..at all. If you do not hold him it is probably worth sniffing around, if you do you are probably stuck unless you are selling at a great discount. I am in the stuck category.
I think the WR out of the group that Aiyuk is closest to in age is actually Godwin. The only 2 I would even take a second to think about are Golden and Downs. Same exact position, Aiyuk is my 6 (very strong 1-5). I would like to turn him into a running back but do not know what a fair swap would be. Not trying to turn this into my issues, just sharing my situation and trying to see if anyone else has had any experience in trading him.Stuck category as well I suppose, but I am okay with it. The injury one is the biggest concern for sure. It might take him most of the year to get back to 100%. He will be back "soon" but still might not be 100%. I'm debating to buy now or if his first game or 2 don't go so hot maybe that is a buy window. He has two things working against him in the value department. 1) Recovering from injury. 2) After he got on the field after he held out he was not productive..at all.
