A lot of folks seemed to go a bit overboard during draft season for Ridley (based on not much) and now a fair few are going overboard the other way. It's a long season.

He has 9 catches and a TD in his last 16 quarters of football, on 20 targets. How many games do you need?

More than 4?

It gets late early.

Just trying to encourage a bit of patience, players get lauded up and down after a big game and then dragged through the mud after a quiet one. People were going nuts because Ekeler started quiet last season. Not saying Ridley will suddenly explode, but there's plenty of talent there and the season is very young.

It is what it is, I'm probably lamenting due to my own frustration of not dealing him off that kind of game but it is hard. Trends were already there though and the factor of Pederson's historical usage patterns. Not particularly bashing Ridley, though he's had a few pieces of his game that make you scratch your head, its just a bad situation for starable fantasy success. I mean to think this guy went well before Keenan Allen in many drafts

It will take a WR injury to consolidate some targets to make him a player your can run out with confidence. Almost benched him for McLaughlin this week but gave him some run figuring they'd have some success due to the week in London. He's going on the bench next week and I dont see him as anything more than bye week filler for the time being.

He’s also “this close” from another 5 TDs on the season. He runs great routes, gets open, and is working his way in to chemistry with Lawrence. Second half of the season could be insane. I’m not mad at him.

He's looked off ever since his collision with the goal posts in week 2. I like the jet sweeps in the first half to get him some contact. I benched him this week despite my team being weak at WR - need him to look right before starting him with any confidence.

I am struggling to feel confident starting him over Javonte right now, I think I’d be okay with either of your guys. Maybe I’m being too pessimistic though. The Saints corners just scare me and it feels like if Trevor does play it’ll be a Kirk day.

I'm in a similar situation, I thought I was good to go at WR with Pittman, Ridley, Godwin, Gabe, Elijah, and Toney as the wildcard. My "big" 3 of Pittman, Ridley and Godwin, only Pittman has been worth starting on a regular basis.

I need 3 this week and all have a bad matchup other than Gabe, as of now leaning Pittman, Godwin, and Gabe. If Tlaw is starting and looking good to go I will sub in Ridley but no idea who for...
