WR Mike Evans, TB (1 Viewer)

Needs 85 yards at home against Saints. At 9-7, I'm assuming Bucks need to win. My money says he has a 100 yard game.
Bucs need to win to secure the division
Saints are a hot mess
Baker is cooking
Wouldn't be surprised if they scored at least 40
Baker has said he wants to get Evans the 1,000 yards
Big number of targets this week
Which means big stat line
Which means Bucs win the division

So... Mike has at least 1000 yards every season of his career. He's currently at 335 yards. He has 7 games left this season. Bucs also have a fairly easy path to get at least 6 wins in the last 7. Let's do this.
1 game left to go. 85 yards. Division title on the line. Bucs are going for it.

TB is so lucky to have player of his caliber. His personality makes it even better. I am not a Bucs fan or have him on my fantasy team, but always get joy when he succeeds.
Keeps his mouth shut, works his ### off, continually produces.

It's the holy trinity of a pro athlete.

In exchange, he gets appropriately compensated, and recognized with spot in football immortality (HoF).

My favorite NFL player in recent history was Larry Fitzgerald for exactly the above traits. And now Mike Evans has taken over that mantle. A pro’s pro. Watch and learn, kids.

The Saints were still in the game with the Bucs throwing…it was a safe route but well executed as Baker threw it before Mike broke…almost impossible to defend.

Once they lined up to throw it I couldn’t believe they didn’t have 3 guys on him. McMillan and Shepard ran deeper clears and their guys bit on it.

Everyone knew where it was going. Could have been a really dumb move, but I loved it.

I just watched it (just getting caught up after work) and not one defender was even trying to tackle him until he got 5.

Everyone there knew what was happening. No defender was gonna cost him $3M

Would've loved to have seen a pick-six plus two-point conversion, overtime loss and then Falcons win. Just as a reminder not to eff around. But the odds of that were so minuscule, it wasn't a big risk.
