From Tom Pelissero on Twitter:

Percy Harvin is gingerly jogging onto the field along with Sidney Rice. Harvin can barely move. His feet aren't even coming off the ground.

ETA: and...

Don't know if Harvin is just being careful because it's warmups. But he looks as hobbled right now as he did on Friday.

Clayton just reported he hasn't been out on the field at all (the other WRs were warming up as he reported), despite a short period of time before they have to decide if he's active.

Said it "doesn't look good," but he didn't appear he had any sources--just based on the above info.

RT @VikingsFootball Appears like Harvin will play today, but we'll have the official word in ten minutes or so.

Harvin running a series of routes below full speed and catching passes from WRs coach George Stewart. No question he's hurting. #Vikings

MFL:

(KFFL) Minnesota Vikings WR Percy Harvin (ankle) is active for the team's Week 9 game against the Arizona Cardinals, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. Harvin, who tested his injured ankle during pre-game warm ups, was looking faster in drills.

per bloom...is this typo

Back from beautiful Concan, TX. Gates inactive, Wells and Harvin inactive. Very excited for TB-ATL and OAK-KC tilts among others. FOOTBALL!

anyone know if Harvin will return kicks today?
I posted in the Harvin thread that he came onto the field a few minutes ago with the return teams. That leads me to think he will return kicks. If he's returning kicks, somebody thinks he's in no danger of making the injury worse.Of course, if that somebody is Childress then we're all in trouble.
