WR Tyreek Hill, MIA (2 Viewers)

What's Hill's dynasty value at this point? Looking for a WR to make a run this year and his owner is in last place. Does he still plan to retire after this contact?

Mid-late second rd pick enough?
I doubt the owner would trade for a 2nd but you could try. Hill will play again next year (he has a lot of kids to pay for). I wouldn't trade him away for that personally.

I was offered a 2nd for Tyreek and didn't even consider it. That's crazy talk.

He's playing at least 2 more years and probably 3. Doesn't seem that he has lost any speed or quickness.

Someone wants my Tyreek and Tank Dell in PPR redraft for Breece Hall. Am I a fool for not taking it? Two weeks ago I would have insta rejected, but all of the shut down talk in this thread has me worried.

I may just see him as a bigger risk than he is. The early retirement talk is troubling and he's now on the wrong side of 30, where speed starts to slip. He has some injury concerns and a QB with injury concerns as well.

A second might not be enough, but a first is too rich for me right now.

I just got offered Hill for Lamb straight up in a full PPR league. Both have issues (Hill dealing with hand injury, Lamb without Dak is subpar). Idk what to do here. How bad is this hand issue for him?
I know Dak is gone but I would take Lamb for the one reason they could decide to shut down Hill at any minute if the Fins season is over, and its almost over.

That was another concern of mine. I got that the vibe before MNF was if they lose this game he might be done and opt for surgery. I am going to hold Lamb and decline. I also hold Waddle. So if Hill does get shut down maybe Waddle can have some late season appeal. Appreciate the feedback.

I traded Aiyuk and a 2026 1st Round Pick for Hill .... luxury addition so others couldn't have him

I am considering trading Hill in a package for Kamara and Flowers, in a 3 player keeper redraft. The potential promise of Hill has been way more than what he's delivered. That said, his keeper potential is what keeps his value up.

Tyreek practicing.

I'm starting to think this whole wrist thing was a tad overblown.
I’m glad I didn’t do an overpay trade to get him off my roster. Between this and the CMC thread this season, you’d think the sky was falling. Sharkpool these days needs a little more optimism. Way too much doom and gloom!

It would be really nice to get this season back on track and drop a few huge performances over the second half of the the season
Tua is back, so it can happen.
The problem is Tua isn't throwing down the field.

This may be by design because D's have shifted against the D throw but also to protect Tua. Achane obviously an issue here too. Path of least resistance is to check down to him.

Hopefully things start to open up here down the stretch.

It probably is by design. those deep patterns require the QB to hold the ball a bit longer. I'm guessing a game plan to keep him from taking too many hits would make sense so less of those deep throws is probably a part of that.

I don’t think it has anything remotely at all to do with protecting Tua. It’s just the way defenses are playing them and they can’t adjust.

Need genius McDaniel to scheme something up besides 2 yard screen passes.

Glad I acquired Tyreek in 3 dynasty leagues this year :kicksrock:

Traded for him once. Thought people were freaking out to much about Tua retiring when I was feeling very strong he'd be returning as soon as he got cleared. Did it on a really deep team but one where I entered the season with just 23 players who were consensus first/second draft picks, and two of them are TE's. A team with tons of really good, not enough great, which leads to a lot of difficult WDIS decisions. The value I saw in Tyreek was a set and forget about it stud.

He's on my bench this week as of now. (which the way it goes for me should be a ray on confidence for the rest of you to start him)

I envy everyone here who can afford to sit Tyreek because they have better options. Some of us lost everyone else in the year of the injured WR.

Here’s hoping he turns things around today and goes full Cheetah mode RoS.
