Edelman was a calculated risk. I think he's gonna produce nicely in pprs. Welker isnt gonna be right for a while. Now if they add a WR2 then yeah that could be a wasted pick but that dude seemed to step right in an perform nicely
Edelman could very well be worth that pick weeks 1-6...when it doesn't matter. A pick that high should be contributing in weeks 8-16 IMHO.We shall see...I like the kid, just not sure you can count on him to justify that draft spot.

When the kid performs well even IF welker returns, mighty big IF IMO he tore 2 ligaments and has surgery 8 days ago, over a full month after the injury. Why did they wait?

Welker will be back by midseason at the latest. We'll just agree to disagree on that.

Final Report

QB - Roethlisberger 4.3

QB - Tarvaris Jackson 14.3

QB - JaMarcus Russell 20.3

I set a strategy to get one of the top tier QBs and at the bottom of the third, I considered Schaub, Romo and Big Ben as the last three in the group that I considered. Decided that I preferred Boldin and whichever of the three left over above taking Schaub and miss out on Boldin. I was correct in that two of the three QBs were taken so I got Roethlisberger and Boldin. I was working on depth at WR and missed out on all the lower tier guys I wanted to back up Big Ben. Knew that nobody wanted JaMarcus so I decided to wait on him for the last round. I doubt that Favre will play in 2010 and think that T Jax will wind up being the guy, unless a trade is made.

RB - McCoy 5.14

RB - Bradshaw 6.3

RB - Slaton 7.14

RB - L Washington 11.14

RB - L. Blount 16.3

I set my strategy pre-draft to go heavy at WR early and grab a top TE and best available at that point QB, hoping that value would fall at RB. I think that it really did. I think that these five have an opportunity to perform very well for my squad. I also think that the first four were all taken at value spots in the draft. Slaton went an average two full rounds earlier in WSL 2 and WSL 3. McCoy also went a full round earlier. Bradshaw and Leon Washington were both taken almost a round earlier. Now, getting picks later than in other drafts does not insure success, but I like the prospects for these five, especially in a ppr league.

WR - R White 2.3

WR - Boldin 3.14

WR - D. Mason 8.3

WR - N. Burleson 9.14

WR - D Henderson 10.3

WR - M. Gilyard 15.14

WR - D. Williams 18.3

I really like the consistency of Roddy White and expect a better year from Matt Ryan, but in review choosing him over DeJax, VJax, Marshall, Calvin, and Colston does not look wise. He is definiitely not above the others, so there is no way to think that was value. As stated earlier, I like Boldin and am glad I added him. I hope that if he is traded, it is not to Cleveland. D. Mason, Burleson, and D. Henderson are all guys that should score well, although not consistently. I have always been an advocate of getting quality depth at WR because of the three scorers for the position and the fact that there is quite a bit of variation in week to week scoring. Added two rookies later who have potential of starting in the NFL in their first year.

TE - Gates 1.14

TE - M. Bennett 19.14

With two ppr scoring for TE I wanted a top flight guy at this position. I think that Antonio Gates combines the best qualities for fantasy TEs. He has excellent hands and is a frequent red zone target. He may not have had as many red zone looks in 09 as in the past, but I expect him to next year. He also seems to be more consistently targeted than many top tier TEs and I wanted the option to go solo at the position. Decided to add a high upside player at the end of the draft as I liked my RB and WR depth and thought that TE needed help more. Could disappoint next year as he did in 09, but also could really add something to my team

PK - Rob Bironas 13.14

PK - Jason Hanson 17.14

Barely was able to grab two guys that should still be on their teams in 2010. Radballs nailed it when he stated that this position has more question marks at the bottom than usual. I like to have two as the scoring is widely varying week to week. Feel lucky to have gotten Hanson so late.

DST - Packers 12.3

Ooooops. Bad error in judgment here that I hope doesn't come back to haunt me. Drafted several times without my lists or the draft dominator and misread when the last defense would go. In hindsight, should have taken one instead of Blount, whether he would have fallen to me or not.

Enjoyed the draft and look forward to discussing it further and through the season. Good Luck to all and please feel the freedom to critique my draft, whether involved in the league or not. All comments are welcome.

Not a big fan of the one QB strategy..makes a little more sense in the SSL with a more limited roster size.

Pretty good crew considering where you drafted them, but still below average when compared to other RB groups.

that'll cost you some points.Overall an average team, 1 QB and 1 Def knocks you down. You didn't make any terrible picks just messed up your strategy some. If McCoy becomes Westbrook #2 you could make a nice run since you are strong at WR and TE.

Brees NO, Vick ?
If your're going to go one QB, Brees is the guy to do it with...not terrible and I do think Vick lands a starting spot somewhere.
Charles KC, Jackson Buf, McGahee ?, Jennings Jax
Below average, every one of these guys has elevated risk IMHO.
TO ?, Maclin Phi, Aromashadu Chi, Wallace Pit, Schilens Oak, Stallworth ?, Dillard Jax, Smith NYJ
Shaky at the top but I like your depth.
Celek Phi, Moore Cle
I don't think this team can contend but you never know. Charles and TO are the two keys to this squad.

The last four guys I'm hoping for 40 receptions and a few TDs a piece...just need one or two of them to fill gaps from week to week during byes. Camarillo and Clayton should both see regular snaps...LaFell could be this year's Hakeem Nicks(very similar players actually) and Randle El may take the starting slot in Shanny's offense.Evans adn Gonzalez made this squad for me...Welker was a pick I assumed wont contribute until week 8 or so, although It could be sooner since recovery can range from anywhere from 6 to 12 months...I don't regret that pick at all.

If Atlanta and Detriot catch the same bye week, this team is toast.

Final squad and analysis (at least in early February)

QB - Joe Flacco & Josh Freeman

One a top sixteen quarterback and one QB2. Not great individually but guys who can throw and are young and improving.

Both had some excellent weeks last season and I think I really just need one to have a decent score each week - both will have a high score or two along the way. I am fine with these in a survivor league where QB scoring is the least important of the individual players.

RB - Ryan Grant, Tim Hightower, Justin Forsett, Lex Hilliard, & Quinton Ganther

Grant is a fine RB1 who I think will see more growth again next year.

Hightower scored very well this year and despite Wells coming on, will again be used a lot next year as Leinart will lean more on the running game than Warner did. Forsett is an excellent receiver and unless Reggie Kardashian rejoins Pete Carroll should be the starter next year in Seattle.

Hilliard and Ganther both showed more than anyone would have expected this year and both should have larger roles from week one next year - as RB4/5 they just need to put up something which hopefully is useful for a bye week or bad week of the frist three

WR - Reggie Wayne, Santonio Holmes, Robert Meachem, Mario Manningham, Brandon Gibson, & Deion Butler

Wayne and Holmes are both fine WR1s who provide a solid base (lol unless they have the same bye week)

Meachem and Mannigham both took steps up in 2009 and can provide big games but who knows when? You just hope they match up well

Gibson had some nice games at the end of the year and with improved quarterback play (it cant get much worse) could score in some weeks. Butler has talent but didn't get to show much with too many receivers and not enough quality throws from Hass & Wallace - if Branch goes which is likely, he moves up a spot....if Burleson goes....

Certainly a playable group

TE - Kellen Winslow, Fred Davis, & David Thomas

Winslow is always a threat and had some nice games with Freeman late in the year - hopefully they do it all year next season.

Davis finally got a chance to show his skills after Cooley went down.....either could be traded or Shannie could use them both. Too much upside to not roster. Finally Thomas had some excellent games late in the year and even IF Shockey plays next year (I think he retires with his Super Bowl ring) he can't play a full season or many full games so Thomas will get receptions and perhaps score in a few weeks.

K - Connor Barth & Olindo Mare

two starters and Barth has a strong leg

DST - Tennessee Titans & Arizona Cardinals

two, both of whom have some big playmakers

Overall a decent squad that will have chances to survive unless bye weeks take it down

I think it will score better than you think it looks

QB: Matt RyanQB: Matthew Stafford
Just wanted two solid guys, mission accomplished.
RB: Michael TurnerRB: Thomas JonesRB: Brandon JacobsRB: Laurence Maroney
Normally go five deep here, but when I got Jacobs and Maroney late didn't think it was necessary, those were two of my best picks. I project Maroney to be good value as he gets closer to his next pay day...I think you're going to see him run more consistently in 2010. Thomas Jones is the only player that scares me...the Jets are crowded and he doesn't get receptions...may have been a reach.
WR: Vincent JacksonWR: Wes WelkerWR: Lee EvansWR: Anthony GonzalezWR: Mark ClaytonWR: Greg CamarilloWR: Brandon LaFellWR: Antwaan Randle ElWR: Taylor Price
Went 9 deep to cover for Welker until midseason. Evans and Gonzo really made this squad. LaFell and Price are going to be two of the top WRs to go in the draft, hopefully they land in good spots. Clayton and Camarillo are merely gap fillers for the early part of the season.
TE: Tony Gonzalez
Gonzo's consistency last year made him an easy early round pick as I knew I wouldn't have to back him up if the opportunity didn't present itself. Considered a slew of TEs that slid and was hoping for scaife or mcmichael, but were scooped up in an unexpected late TE run.
DEF: VikingsDEF: BroncosK: Stephen GostkowskiK: Robbie Gould
Went early on kicker and D...shouldn't have problems here.Best value picks were Evans, Gonzo, Price, Jacobs and Maroney.Pick I most regret is probably Thomas Jones...I'd gladly trade him for several of the WRs that were available.Wouldn't change my overally strategy much...thought about going 3 Kicker.

The strength of your team, pretty good. I like going at least seven deep here but you are strong enough at the top to stay at six.

Solid, though not a big Winslow fan, likely wont be on any of my squads next year.I've seen you draft a better squad Hook, this lineup feels average to me.

Fro -Final Team

QB's

Peyton Manning

Chad Henne

Top Tier QB to anchor my scoring every week. Averages over 20 points per game, never gets hurt. Got a young strong armed backup who has shown some promise in case something fluky happens.

A

RB's

Rashard Mendenhall

Ronnie Brown

Jahvid Best

Leonard Weaver

Nice top two. I picked Mendenhall early because I wanted a back that has no question marks. He has no competition for touches, will not get competition for touches, is the 3rd down back, goalline back and is used heavily while having the body type and skill set to take the punishment. I don't think he is an uberstud just yet . . . he just has all the characteristics of a back that you want when you're drafting in February. Hopefully Brown can stay healthy. I realize there is an injury risk here but I feel if he stays healthy this year, it will be a steal. Best is a rookie who has a chance to do well, and don't sleep on Weaver this year. McCoy was losing all kinds of touched to Weaver down the stretch last year. He's a RB trapped in a fullback's body.

Overall I could of used one more guy here. I like the guys I got but I may have problems if things don't break right.

B-

WR's

Michael Crabtree

Pierre Garcon

Kenny Britt

Kevin Walter

Johnny Knox

Domaryius Thomas

Kelley Washington.

Hopefully with a full camp under his belt this year for Alex Smith and himself, Crabtree can take the next step. I feel like we are looking at a first round WR when I see him play. The only thing holding him back is a system and a QB right now. Garcon looks like the real deal. I think he holds the outside spot in Indy next season has a chance to put up some big big games. Britt started to come on next year. Another season under his belt can only be a good thing. Walter is depth, Know is intriguing with Martz in town. A top rookie prospect can go either way, KW is more depth. Overall I like this group. No guaranteed studs but all good players and good depth. Based on the rest of my team's strengths this group should be enough to hold serve.

B

TE's

Jermichael Finley

Tony Scheffler

Rob Gronkowski

Love Finley this year. Man did he come on this second half of the season. I see top three Dynasty TE right now. He speed and size cause alll kinds of mismatches for opposing defenders. He should anchor this group. Sheffler is good when giving targets but his contempt for Josh McDaniels cannot be a good thing. Gronk could suprise some people this year. I decided to take a third TE over a fourth RB dues to the uncertainty with Scheffler. May have been a mistake with Finley in towe. At any rate, TE should be a strength of this team.

A

K's

Kris Brown

Joe Nedney

Two mid-tier kickers with no job security issues. All you can ask for. By the way. Congrats on that kicker run fellas. That was one hellava kicker run and I was honored to be apart of it.

B

Def

Cincinnati Bengals

Buffalo Bills

Both of the teams were suprisingly good fantasy defenses last year. Buffalo was second in INT's and Cincinnati was 3rd in yards allowed. Not too shabby. Hopefully I can avoid conflicting bye weeks with the duo.

B

_____________________________________________________________________________

Overeall this is a solid WSL team. Like I said, RB depth could be its undoing but I think the QB and TE scoring can make up for that. Not a ton of risk with this team but I do have 3 rookies, all of whom I think can contribute if given the right situation.

Overall Grade:

B+

Should survive past the halfway point with a chance to be a final 4 team.

QB - McNabb, Hasselback, Kolb

Last of the 2nd tier QBs, and last of the decent QB2 tier, assuming that SEA doesn't grab Bradford/Claussen. Kolb to cover for McNabb or start in his own right if one of the 2 moves on.

RB - Ray Rice, Dwyer, LT, James Davis

ray Rice will score points regularly. Most squads have holes somewhere; mine usually do not have a huge gaping hole, though I did ok with that last year when i won this. Rice must stay healthy for this team to have a shot, and likely LT and/or Dwyer land in a good spot. Should have passed on Cotch at WR and grabbed Ronnie, then taken a shot at the WRs there at 8.13/9.04 instead (Evans/Burleson).

WR - Calvin, Jennings, Cotchery, Dez Bryant, Jacoby, Robiskie, Burton

Strong top 2, good next 3. Strength of the squad here, with plenty of upside.

TE - Daniels, Gresham

Daniels dropped fairly far. Probably waited a bit too long to back him up, but hopefully Gresham lands in a solid situation.

PK - Rackers, Lindell

DEF - SD, CLE

Two K, two D, some upside, hopefully no bye issues. Staggered across 4 different divisions so odds are maybe 2 off at a time, but unless you grab 3, there's almost always that chance not knowing the sched.

Overall, strong WR, good QB/TE/RB1. Will really depend on LT/Dwyer coming through - if one or both do, this team has potential, but may not be around to see it realized.

QB-Kyle Orton, Matt Moore

C+ think Orton could be nice and if Moore plays like the last 5 weeks

RB- MJD, J. Stewart, F. Jones, B.Scott

A unless bye weeks kill me this is the heart of the team

WR- M Colston, H. Nicks, A. Collie, M. Massaquoi, Jam. Jones, T. Ginn, L.Naanee, J. Hardy

B relying on a lot of unproven talent but hopefully #s will prevail

TE B. Pettigrew, A. Fasano, M. Lewis

C just get me 5-8 points a week

K- M. Prater

C only 1, but that's the way it worked with that run

D- Giants, Colts

B i would expect the Giants to return to form and Indy will be Indy.

QB: Rivers / Cutler - I'll put the pair up against any other duo/trio in the league. Martz coming to Chicago won't hurt. Upper tier, grade A/A+

RB: Gore / Forte / Faulk / Coffee / Parker - Drawing the 5th spot sucks. In hindsight (knowing how the RBs dropped), I would have taken AJ instead of Gore. I personally think Forte was a steal. You guys are too heavily discounting an off year just like you over rate a good year. last year Forte was going in the top half of the 1st, this year he falls to the 3rd. The truth likely lies somewhere in the middle. Fualk still getting no respect. I know he's getting old, but I didn't see anything last year to indicate that he's done. Coffee was a cheap handcuff. Parker is a better gamble that taking the 35th rookie RB that I've never hear of and couldn't even start for a desert based PAC10 team. Slightly above average, grade B-/B.

WR: Royal / Breaston / Bryant / Cribbs / Tate / Branch / B. Johnson - Ouch. Miscalculated on Royal, although I think he'll posted numbers better that the postion I drafted him in. Once again you guys weigh the last season too heavily. Breaston without Warner probably isn't a great pick. If Bryant bounces back I have a fighting chance. Cleveland has to get Cribbs the ball more right? Probably could have waited on Tate, but I think he has huge upside. Branch in NE to replace Welker wouldn't shock me. Surprisingly enough, Bryant Johnson might end up being the best pick of the lot and far exceed his draft position. Need lots of things to break my way for me here, grade F

TE: Miller (PIT) / Miller (JAX) - Miller1 offered value, Miller2 could be the TE sleeper pick of the year. Grade D

D: Steelers / Eagles - Two of the best, grade A+

K: Tynes / Vinatieri - Two that will be on an opening day roster, grade B-

Overall a slightly below average team. The most likely scenario is that my strength at RB/QB/D will keep me in weekly contention, but I'll bleed points at TE and WR and will bite the dust early on a bad bye week or a Gore/Forte injury by a small margin. That said, if I'm correct on Forte, Royal, Bryant, and Miller, this could be a very dangerious team. Grade D+

QB - D, definately in the bottom 1/4 of the league.RB - A+, could be the best in the league.WR - C-, lacks top end talent for a higher grade.TE - F/F+, not many if any teams would trade TEs with you.K - F-, worst in the league (note: C=average)D - B, seems about right.

QB - Roethlisberger 4.3

QB - Tarvaris Jackson 14.3

QB - JaMarcus Russell 20.3

Three QB's and only one starter? Ouch. Hope Ben is consistent. I think he can be.

B

RB - McCoy 5.14

RB - Bradshaw 6.3

RB - Slaton 7.14

RB - L Washington 11.14

I like a lot of these guys but no one here can give you consistent points right now. Good group for PPR. Nice depth. B

Any team with Gates gets and A.

PK - Rob Bironas 13.14

PK - Jason Hanson 17.14

B

Uh-Oh! Only one D. Good things its a good one.

C

Overall. B. Like all survivor teams this are some holes but you've done a good job for the most part. Should get through the halfway point.

Thanks to Fro and LHucks for the reviews, with survivors it is always tricky to win. I start out focused on getting a good TE based on the two ppr and then a solid corp at WR. Depth is always difficult to achieve at all positions.

Like Fro said, my QB depth is a big question mark. If Favre returns and Big Ben gets injured that could be all she wrote.

Appreciate everyone's discussions and critiques. The more reviews the merrier!

QB

E. Manning (4.16) - One of the last consistent options left at QB after the earlier than normal QB run. I was targeting McNabb, but he went 2 picks ahead of me.

A. Smith (7.01) - Felt kind of early to take him, but he seems to be settling in as the permanent QB. Maybe this will be his breakout year now that he has his own version of the triplets to throw to.

RB

Chr. Johnson (1.01) - I'll take a 25% reduction in last years numbers & still be happy with this pick.

B. Wells (5.01) - Big choice here. There were a lot of options available, but decided to go with Wells due to the probable retirement of Warner. Hoping for a 65/35 split with Hightower.

Ri. Williams (8.16) - Think I got great value here. Especially with Ronnie coming off another injury.

A. Foster - (13.1) - May have been a bit early, but I didn't want to risk losing him. I think he becomes the goaline back at the least. Thats a good place to be in a high powered Texans offense.

J. Jones (20.16) - I like his chances to get half the carries in Carrol's new offense.

WR

S. Smith-CAR (2.16) - Betting on Moore being a much better option at QB for the Panthers than Delhomme. High risk/reward this early for sure.

Si. Rice (3.01) - Sidney is a spectacular WR. Now the big question is who will be throwing him the ball. Like Smith, this is definitely a high risk/reward pick this early in the draft.

Ro. Williams (9.01) - Had mixed emotions about this pick. Surely he can't do worse than last year now that Austin should be drawing the coverage away from him all year.

B. Hartline (11.01) - Should improve on his rookie numbers & throw in a big game on occasion.

J. Gaffney (17.01) - Quietly had 60+ receptions last year. I'd take that again in a heartbeat.

S. Stroughter (18.16) - Over 30 catches in 13 games as a rookie with a rookie at QB. At least its something to grow on.

H. Douglas (19.01) - Was having an outstanding camp last year when injured. Probably a wasted pick, but was looking for the upside.

TE

V. Shiancoe (6.16) - Ugh. I waited to long on a TE and Shiancoe was the most established starter left. Shiancoe is not the problem, its the potential lack of a decent QB that might cause issues.

J. Cook (10.16) - Maybe a bit too early for him, but with my other TE being a questionable pick, I needed a back up plan. Cook is a freak of a specimen at TE. He just needs to stay healthy and he could be a dominate force.

K

R. Succop (14.16) - Lower tier, but a starter

S. Graham (15.01) - Lower tier, but a starter

D/ST

New Orleans (12.16) - Doubt they'll get as many INT for TDs this year, but a good D/ST none the less.

St. Louis (16.16) - 2nd to last D/ST left. Maybe they take Suh and their D wakes up.

Evaluation:

QBs - Definition of average. Grade: C

RBs - Pretty strong IMO - Grade: A

WR - Could be great, could stink - Grade: C

TE - Below par unless Cook breaks out - Grade: C-

K - Got 2 lower tier starters - Grade: C

D/ST - Got 1 good & 1 craptastic - Grade: C+

Tom Brady, Marc Bulger

Cedric Benson, Shonne Greene, Ryan Matthews, Lendale White, Mewelde Moore

Andre Johnson, Percy Harvin, Santana Moss, Chris Chambers, Nate Washington, Moose Muhammad, Torry Holt

John Carlson, Jeremy Shockey

ATL, CAR, JAX

Phil Dawson

May wind up being thin at RB. Maybe not. Overall average draft here. don't love it, don't hate it.

QB

6.15 - Vince Young, QB17, TEN

7.02 - Matt Cassel, QB19, KC

After passing on QB at the beginning of the third round, I didn't like the value at the 4/5 turn. Had to take QB at the 6/7 turn before all the sure starters were gone. Young should be better than last year and should finish higher than QB17. Cassel has no competion for his job. 2 starters, C+

Wanted to to take a third, but Favre went just before I was going to take him. Same with Freeman.

RB

1.02 - Adrian Petersn - RB2 - Minny

5.02 - Jerome Harrison, RB21, CLE

11.02 - Chester Taylor, RB48, MIN

13.02 - Toby Gerhart, RB53, Rookie

18.15 - Correll Buckhalter, RB65, DEN

Peterson is a safe bet for a top 5 finish. C Taylor is either a handcuff or if he is signed elsewhere, a starter. Cleveland will give Harrison first crack at the starting position. Buckhalter should fill in a few weeks, and the rookie needs to find a team to give him some carries. Above average group, B+

WR

3.02 - Steve Smith - WR14 - NYG

4.15 - Donald Driver, WR27, GB

8.15 - Donnie Avery, WR48, STL

9.02 - Malcolm Floyd, WR50, SD

10.15 - Earl Bennett, WR66, CHI

17.02 - Lance Moore, WR84, NO

20.15 - Sam Aiken, WR116, NE

Smith & Driver are a good 1-2, usually under rated pair. Hopefully Driver has at least one more year as Green Bay's top producing WR. Avery,Floyd,Bennett and Moore form a deep WR3BC. And with Aiken, it is always good to get a piece of a top passing team. With Welker's injury, he could pick up some of the receiptions at the beginning of the year. Could be above average scoring group, B-

TE

2.15 - Vernon Davis - TE4 - SF

19.02 - Bo Scaife, TE28, TEN

Was glad to get one of the top TE's at the end of the second round. After passing on Shockey in the 11th round, didn't see any value in taking a 2nd TE until late. With one of top TE's, this is an above average pair. B+

PK

14.15 - Sebastian Janikowski, K15 , OAK

15.02 - Dan Carpenter, K18, MIA

2 who should be safe to keep their jobs, above average. B-

DST

12.15 - San Francisco 49ers DST8

16.15 - Kansas City Chiefs DST29

One on the rise team, one that doesn't have much place to go but up. C+

If I can get consistant production from my QB's, there should be enough depth at RB & WR to get me fairly deep into the season. With a little luck (which I usually seem to have in the WSL's) maybe I can improve on my 3rd place finish from the last 2 year.

QB - Roethlisberger 4.3

QB - Tarvaris Jackson 14.3

QB - JaMarcus Russell 20.3

QB - If Big Ben stays healthy all season, I'd give it a C as he should be lower top ten most weeks, but if he gets hurt, Favre comes back, and Russell contnues on course, this could be an F and key an early exit.

RB - McCoy 5.14

RB - Bradshaw 6.3

RB - Slaton 7.14

RB - L Washington 11.14

RB - L. Blount 16.3

RB - I'll give this group a C as well. It could really surprise and outperform, but C seems right.

WR - R White 2.3

WR - Boldin 3.14

WR - D. Mason 8.3

WR - N. Burleson 9.14

WR - D Henderson 10.3

WR - M. Gilyard 15.14

WR - D. Williams 18.3

WR - I give this group a solid B, based more on the capability of numbers 3-5 than on top studs. Boldin is the key. It would help this squad for him to go somewhere and be the top targeted WR on the team.

TE - Gates 1.14

TE - M. Bennett 19.14

TE - Gates should be solid, but if Bennett continues on his 09 production, this is no better than B.

PK - Rob Bironas 13.14

PK - Jason Hanson 17.14

PK - I'll give these to a C.

DST - Packers 12.3

DST gets an F as I am the only team with only one. Losing points most weeks.

Overall looks like a C, but in survivor you don't have to beat everybody every week. Not as happy with this team as in previous years. I thought that I got good bargains at RB, but the QB and WR did not greatly improve over what I anticipated by waiting on RBs.

Some solid grading and assessment here. I think you were a little tough on yourself at TE and possibly WR.

QB - Unless you have three, getting no one in the top 16 will never earn a grade higher than a C.RB - Agree with you here, B+

WR - I see a whole lot of average with some good upside, C+

TE - I seeing a B to B- unless Bo steps it up.

WR - Very average, C

D - Hopefully a middle of the pack D1 and a weak D2 = grade of D

Fro -Final Team

B
Normally I'm not one to critique other drafts too much (not seeing the full flow of it and all), but I'm struggling with calling this group of WRs a B, Fro.I don't see two solid contributors to build around and a WR3BC here, which is about what I'd expect for a B grade.

Garcon, Crabtree and Britt all have very nice upsides and high ceilings, but I can't agree with saying that 2 of the 3 are locks for Top 25 or so each week.

I also like the Walter pick, but again - not trying to be harsh - I think you're overstating you WRs a bit.

Anyone else get that feel here?

Just wanted to say that you guys did a nice job, both drafting and also with some good writeups. That's the more important value to me, plus the ADP and the Last 4-5 rounds which are always interesting.

Some of these guys grade like it's community college or even NCState.

Guess I didn't put grades in below. Added.

QB - McNabb, Hasselback, Kolb

Last of the 2nd tier QBs, and last of the decent QB2 tier, assuming that SEA doesn't grab Bradford/Claussen. Kolb to cover for McNabb or start in his own right if one of the 2 moves on. Grade B

Grade C-/D+

WR - Calvin, Jennings, Cotchery, Dez Bryant, Jacoby, Robiskie, Burton

Strong top 2, good next 3. Strength of the squad here, with plenty of upside. Grade A-

TE - Daniels, Gresham

Daniels dropped fairly far. Probably waited a bit too long to back him up, but hopefully Gresham lands in a solid situation. Grade B

PK - Rackers, Lindell

DEF - SD, CLE

Two K, two D, some upside, hopefully no bye issues. Staggered across 4 different divisions so odds are maybe 2 off at a time, but unless you grab 3, there's almost always that chance not knowing the sched. Grade C+

Overall, strong WR, good QB/TE/RB1. Will really depend on LT/Dwyer coming through - if one or both do, this team has potential, but may not be around to see it realized. Grade B

QB: David Garrard 6.11, Jason Campbell 8.11

Two average guys and Campbell has a 20%-30% of getting the hook so he's somewhat risky. Grade C -

RB: Steven Jackson 1.06, Reggie Bush 5.06, Kevin Smith 9.06, Brian Westbrook 19.06

Jax has to stay healthy and Kevin Smith has to get healthy. Bush has a lot of competition for targets but he has a lot of PPR upside. Westbrook could be decent at that price is he's healthy and plays. Lots of risk but decent enough upside for a Grade of B.

WR: Brandon Marshall 2.11, Chad Ochocinco 3.06, TJ Houshmanzadeh 7.06, Mike Thomas 11.06, Michael Jenkins 16.11, Jason Avant 17.06, Darrius Heyward-Bey 18.11, Kevin Curtis 20.11

Top 2 are great but are knuckleheads. I expect TJ to rebound from last year. Jenkins is not a great producer but somewhat steady. All the rest have upside and can surpass their ADP. Liked handucffing WR5 to WR7 in Philly for the slot at a relatively cheap price. Grade B+

TE: Zach Miller 4.11, Todd Heap 10.11

Miller leads the Raiders in targets and catches but that's not saying too much. Heap showed that he can still flourish when he's on the field. Grade B

K: David Akers 13.06, Jeff Reed 14.11

Akers was great last year and Reed's team put themselves in position to score frequently enough. Grade B

DEF: Dallas Cowboys 12.11, Oakland Raiders 15.06

The Boys were playing better toward the end of the year and the Raiders were a homer pick. I don't think this is awful but will only give it a Grade of C +.

Overall a grade of B. Feel free to tear me apart if you have the time.

QB: Rivers / Cutler - I'll put the pair up against any other duo/trio in the league. Martz coming to Chicago won't hurt. Upper tier, grade A/A+RB: Gore / Forte / Faulk / Coffee / Parker - Drawing the 5th spot sucks. Need lots of things to break my way for me here, grade FTE: Miller (PIT) / Miller (JAX) - Miller1 offered value, Miller2 could be the TE sleeper pick of the year. Grade DD: Steelers / Eagles - Two of the best, grade A+K: Tynes / Vinatieri - Two that will be on an opening day roster, grade B-Overall a slightly below average team. Grade D+
