As if he wasn't a great fantasy football player, I just watched ESPN's Make A Wish and it's refreshing to see what a good guy Drew Brees is. With all the thugs in this league: Henry, PacMan, Tank, etc., it is nice to see that there are some folks who would do anything for someone in need.

Of course some will argue this is a PR thing and he's just acting but people who say that are people who are very bitter with their own lives.

Yep, the guy is just a tremendous person with a great heart. Just had the honor of meeting him for the first time a week back, and couldn't have been more impressed. This story made me tear up quite a bit, just seeing the looks on Devan's face when he first got to meet him and sitting in on the team meetings...amazing. Best wishes and prayers to his family.

I'm glad I have him on my roster, not just due to his fantasy value but because he's such a quality guy.

i fully agree... how awesome was that... actually had a frog in my throat by the time it was over (not known as an emotional guy by the way). Even ESPN gave NO "props" after it was over.... nice work EPSN and Brees
