10 Team Dynasty - Start 2 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 TE, 3 Flex

Non-standard scoring: PPR, +1 completed pass, -1 incomplete pass, 0.1 all yards (including pass and return), all TDs 6, bonus points for yardage milestones and big play TDs

Week 15 starts in bold, with injuries/suspensions in red.

QB: Brees, Carr, Romo, Bridgewater

RB: D.Murray, Yeldon, Hightower, Draughn, Mathews, McKinnon, Coleman, Ajayi, Michael, B. Brown

WR: A. Brown, Cobb, Edelman, Amendola, Crabtree, Benjamin, Aiken, Gordon, K. Martin

TE: Gronkowski, Eifert, Kelce

Traded Woodhead week 14 for a 2nd, then Yeldon went down. In a bit of a pickle now at RB. If any of Eifert, Yeldon, and Edelman/Amendola get healthy for next week, it will help a lot. Hoping to make it 4 straight championships in this league.

Ok, got notched by two points or less in two leagues, and a blow out loss in the other.

Of my four teams, all made the playoffs but only this one survived to proceed to the championship.

CHAMPIONSHIP ROSTER -

QB - Tom Brady

WR1 - Julio Jones

WR2 - Randall Cobb

WR3 - Eric Decker

RB1 - David Johnson

RB2 - Charcandrick West

TE - Benjamin Watson

Kicker - Chandler Catanzaro

DEF - Denver

Bench - DeAngelo Williams, Lamar Miller,Spencer Ware, Darren McFadden, Alfred Blue and Ruben Randle.

Just yesterday I dropped Amendola and acquired Randle , and dropped the Miami Defense and acquired Alfred Blue.

The owner I'm facing in the championship has Beckham as part of his starting 3WRs. I picked up Randle just to block him, and the guy is pretty sharp, I'm not sure why he hadn't done so.

For completeness, I will post the ones I drafted, but no longer have. (its amazing how much turnover it was this year compared to a few recent years)

So many people's teams looked absolutely nothing like the one they drafted.

Drafted these....but they are long gone:

Alfred Morris, Matt Jones, Isaiah Crowell, Duke Johnson Jr., Ronnie Hillman Vincent Jackson, John Brown,Travis Kelce, INDY defense.

I had David Johnson on every team, that I either drafted or picked him up shortly thereafter, but had to cut him late season.

This was the only team I was lucky enough to get him back on, and he is the sole reason I won this week for what its worth.

League #1 (12-team, standard scoring) - Got really lucky with just a 7-6 record while being outscored by my opponents. Did draft completely unprepared, didn't take a WR until the last pick of the 4th round.

QB R. Wilson
RB A. Peterson

RB T. Hightower

WR S. Watkins

WR G. Tate

WR A. Hurns

TE Z. Miller

Flex T. Lockett

D/ST Panthers

K C. Catanzaro

Bench: Marvin Jones, Rudolph, A. Andrews, Diggs, Carr, Draughn

League #2 (10-team, PPR) - This draft was better b/c I was able to take WRs in the first 2 rounds with a lucky draft position

QB B. Roethlisberger

RB C. West

RB Denard Robinson

WR Antonio Brown

WR Julio Jones

WR J. Maclin

TE A. Gates

Flex T. Lockett

K Hauschka

BN B. Bortles

Key injuries: Steve Smith Sr, Arian Foster, Thomas Rawls

12 team PPR league - 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex, IDP, K, DEF:

QB - Big Ben, Dalton

RB - D.Williams, C.West, L.Murray, Stewart, Woodhead, C.Mike

WR - D.Thomas, D.Hopkins, J.Brown, Aiken, Crowder, Stevie Johnson

TE - Gronk, Tye

K - Blair Walsh

DEF - Carolina

Playing against:

QB - Cam, Matt Ryan

RB - Freeman, Martin, Gore, Morris

WR - Julio, Cooks, Decker, Cooper, Boldin, Funchess, Marvin Jones

TE - Ertz, Eifert

K - Catanzaro

DEF - Minn, TB, Giants

Should be a good matchup - we were the 2 top scoring teams in the league. If Carolina can hold Julio and Freeman to minimal points, I will be a whole lot more comfortable!

2 Redfrafts, 2 Finals

14 team PPR, Minimal return yardage (QB, 2RB, 2WR, Flex, K, D)

Lockett, Diggs, Dez, Randle (had Amendola for a few weeks among others)

Gronkowski

Churned this roster all year with 48 moves to date and 2 major trades.- Gave Cam, Martavis, and Spiller for Foster, Dez, and CJ2K after week 2. And gave Kelce, CJ2k, and Cooks for Gronkowski and Riddick after week 8. Picked up Lacy after he was dropped 2 weeks ago.

12 team PPR (QB, 2RB, 2WR, Flex, No TE, K, D)

Have not posted any of my championship rosters because they bear so little resemblance now to what they looked like at draft time, or even midseason, that it's hard to give a fair view.

My most consistent lineup was this:

QB Rodgers, Palmer

RB Freeman, DLewis, Gordon, Denver group

WR Bryant, Watkins, Baldwin, Snead, Moncreif, JJones

TE Gronk

QB: T. Brady, D. Carr
RB: M. Forte, D. Woodhead, B. Powell, J. Starks, J. White, M. Ingram, D. Lewis
WR: A. Brown, M. Evans, S. Watkins, D. Harris, J. Edelman
TE: J. Reed, G. Barnidge
K: J. Brown
D/ST: Pats, Broncos

12 Team Standard

QB - Tyrod (might swap for Cousins)

RB - West

RB - Robinson

RB - Hightower

RB - B. Brown

RB - White

RB - Bolden

WR - Julio

WR - Cooks

WR - Hurns

WR - Crabtree

WR - Lockett

TE - Gronk

K - Boswell

D - Carolina

The only ones I had on draft day were Julio, Cooks, Gronk, and Carolina. I also drafted and stupidly dropped Freeman, and drafted and lost Foster to injury. This is the most roster turnover I've ever had, but it looks like it might pay off for my first championship.

Somehow I made it with the roster display in my signature. I've been very lucky. I am facing an owner who has Beckham so I probably wouldn't mind a suspension for this week.

PPR, Start QB/RB/WR/WR/TE/2Flex/K/D

QB - Ben Roethlisberger, Matthew Stafford

RB - Lamar Miller, James Starks, James White, Denard Robinson

WRs - Larry Fitzgerald, Randall Cobb, Sammy Watkins, Jeremy Maclin

TE - Gronk

K - Stephen Gostkowski

DEF - Cincinnati

12 team dynasty with salary caps - up to 24 players per team - standard scoring

Been plagued with injuries but depth managed to keep me going.

QB - T.Taylor, A.Luck, B.Osweiler, J.Garoppolo

WR - A. Brown, B.Cooks, G.Tate, T.Ginn, M.Lee, C. Patterson, T.Montgomery, S.Smith, J.Blackmon (LOL)

TE - R.Gronkowski, J.Reed, C.Walford

K - C.Bowsell, D.Hopkins

DEF - Denver and St. Louis

1-2 in semifinals games :( . Here's the one that made it, from a 2 QB league with a flex spot:

QB: Newton, Bortles (have a 3rd, but hasn't mattered)

RB: Freeman, Gore, Blount, Yeldon

WR: Julio Jones, Hopkins, Decker, Demaryius Thomas, T. Austin

TE: Watson, Witten

K: Gano

DEF: Denver (though with some different scoring from most leagues)

Flex has usually been Decker. I'll likely replace Blount, but I'll likely be beaten to top FA guys, so lineup should be more or less set.

Somehow made the finals in three of my four leagues. Here are my rosters (all in 12 team leagues):

Standard scoring, no PPR, start 1/2/3/1/1

QB - Cam and Cousins

RB - Peterson, Gurley, L. Murray, Morris, White, Riddick, McKinnon, D. Robinson (I have way too many RBs but kept picking up more)

WR - Cooks, Sanders, Hurns, JJ Nelson (had Keenan Allen before injury)

TE - Gronk, Walker, and Green

K - Catanzaro

It's a keeper league where I traded early for Gronk and nailed some picks. #1 overall seed and top scorer, rode Cam to a win in the semis over a team with Wilson, David Johnson, and Julio in the highest scoring game in league history.

PPR scoring, start 1/2/2/1/1/1, plus one RB/WR flex and one superflex; Note: It's a keeper league, so I'm holding a lot of injured players at the moment with hopes of keeping some for next year.

QB - Ryan, with Luck and Dalton on the bench (injuries killed my 2QB potential)

RB - Gurley, D. Johnson, Yeldon, Bolden, Langford, Ellington, Hyde (had Foster and Dion Lewis, but that was awhile ago)

WR - Green, Fitz, A. Robinson

TE - Reed

K - Gostkowski

Def - Rams

Injuries really hurt this team, which at one point was benching solid players. But David Johnson covered for some bad performances this week and I'm in the finals. #1 seed (12-1 record) and top scorer.

PPR scoring, start 1/2/3/1/1/1, plus one RB/WR/TE flex

QB - Rodgers and Cousins (really not sure what to do here this week)

RB - Freeman, D. Johnson, Gio, Denard, Andrews, Cobb, and Coleman (had LeVeon Bell and no DeAngelo, so that injury hurt)

WR - Hopkins, Hilton, A. Robinson, Floyd, Lockett, Austin, and LaFell

TE - Walker

K - Prater

Def - Rams and Bills

This team set some league records and had the high score in the league every week from week 3 through week 7, but then the Bell injury and Freeman losing effectiveness made the second half of the season a slog. Barely survived last week against Danny Woodhead and Kamar Aiken after Rodgers laid an egg, but David Johnson pulled through and we scraped by. #1 seed and top scorer.

12 team non PPR, 6 point all TD's. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 Flex, K, DST

QB's

Brees

Bortles

RB's (running on fumes here after Lynch and Ingram went down - 1st and 3rd round picks)

West

Mathews

Sproles

Bolden

Ajay

WR/TE's

Julio

Mike Evans

TY Hilton

Snead

Julius Thomas

Delanie Walker

K Vinatieri

DST - Chiefs

Have a decent shot though I'm facing Cam. Brees/Bortles should be a shootout. West at home vs Browns (have the D too). Julio tough matchup with Norman but Evans plays Bears D at home and some good matchups otherwise. Sure wish I had a QB throwing to Hilton though. I just have to scrub up a serviceable RB2. Played Bolden last week. Probably leaning to Mathews unless news comes out about Miller's quad, then I'll try for a home run with Ajay.

Updated - my ex-brother-law did make the finals.

10-team league. all TDs 6. No yardage bonuses for QBs at all. RB/WR get 1 point for 50 yards then 1 point for each additional 25 yards. TE get 1 point for each 25 yards. RB/WR/TE get 1 point for 6 catches and 1 point for each additional catch after that. (side note we can keep up to 2 players each year - starting lineup: 1 QB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 3 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 PK).

Here's my team:

QBs: Eli, Rivers
RBs: Hill, Bernard, Lacy, Starks, Ingram
WRs: Baldwin (who I picked up 2 weeks ago), Watkins, Fitzgerald, Hilton, Hurns, Cooper
TE: Olsen
PK: Hauschka

Here's my ex-bro-in-law's team:

QBs: Stafford, Bradford, P Manning, Romo

RBs: Freeman, D Williams, McFadden, D Robinson, K Williams, Coleman

WRs: Austin, Beckham, D Harris

TE: Barnidge

PK: Walse

Also made the finals in my other league. ESPN scoring. 12-teams. 2-week finals

I think this year proved that working the WW is more critical than ever. I can't believe I was able to make the finals considering how my draft started out.

Keeper - Luck - BUST

1st - Dez Bryant - INJURED, not been a factor

2nd - Jeffery - INJURED most of the year

3rd - Hyde - INJURED, not been a factor, no longer rostered

4th - Gore - MEH

5th - Ellington - INJURED, BUST, no longer rostered

6th - Marshall - awesome

7th - Rashad Jennings - Not a factor, no longer rostered

8th - Mike Wallace - LOL, no longer rostered

9th - Torrey Smith - LOL, no longer rostered

10th - Cam Newton - Season Savior

11th - Colston - not a factor, no longer rostered

12,13, 14 - Denver, Parker (gone), Herron (gone)

Of my 15 original players, 5 are on my active roster.

Lineup for the championship

Newton

Gore

Hightower

Jeffery

Marshall

Snead

Denver

Catanzaro

Picked up via free agency - Hightower, Denard Robinson, Jeremy Hill, Bernard, T-Mobile, Matt Jones, Willie Snead, Jonathan Stewart (was dropped week 4), Catanzaro. Also had Dion Lewis until he got hurt. Had a number of other players over the year that filled spots. Missed out on a number of other guys too.

10-4, #1 seed, #3 in overall points. Playing #2 seed in championship.

Standard scoring league-- 12 teamer

QB Wilson, Rivers

RB Buck Allen, Charles Sims, A. Blue, CAP, Abdullah, Bryce Brown

WR Hopkins, Dem Thomas, John Brown, T. Lockett, Green-Beckham, Dev Parker

TE D. Walker, J. Cameron

K Tucker, Vinnateri

D/ST Chiefs

Had some issues at RB obviously. Wilson is the player that got me to the title game more than anyone else. WR have been good for the most part and the Chiefs have done well for me over the last month or so.

In two finals and a semi-final (damn week 17 finals):

League 1: 12 team redraft PPR

QB: Bortles

RB: Woodhead, Hightower, Javorius Allen, Forte, Bernard

WR: Antonio Brown, Julio, Evans, Jeffery, Hurns

TE: Kelce, Reed

League 2: 12 team redraft PPR

QB: Alex Smith (formerly Dalton)

RB: Freeman, Woodhead, Denard, Javorius, Gore, Leveon (keeper)

WR: Julio, John Brown, Calvin, OBJ,

TE: Gronk

Semi-final team in sig below.

Awesome, just reviewed the top RB performances of 2015, they are here week by week... I would've taken any of these, but ######## Johnson had to beat the highest by 10%, I'm not in the mood to dive into the odds of this (they're clearly minuscule) , but after winning many years in a row, I thought I had shaken the curse, apparently not :kicksrock:
Interesting side note on turnover - Other than Anderson in week 12 (which turned out to be an anomaly in its own right) is there a single RB on that list that would have been predicted to be NFL RB1 for a week, last summer? MAYBE Gurley, if someone was being optimistic. Maybe Lamar Miller. But neither were seen as a slam dunk RB1. Most of us didn't even know a lot of these guys last year. Rawls? Langford? Allen? Even David Johnson! DeAngelo Williams (x2) was the old guy who was going to warm the bench in Pittsburgh and Freeman (x3!) was going to take the scraps that Tevin Coleman left over. Kind of lends credence to the idea of waiting on RBs and then stockpiling... ESPECIALLY in best ball leagues. Scattershot!

Just to give IDP some love, I'll list my guys from my 16 team IDP Keeper league. The championship rides with these guys:

LB: J Collins & Telvin Smith (Preston Brown if Smith can't go)

DB: Mark Barron & Reshad Jones

Dougie Martin (had Foster and Jamal Charles)

Sammy Watkins (picked up when some dummy dropped him)

Crushed it this year despite a ####-ton of big injuries but will almost surely lose this week because of WR's just got blown up.
