More bad news for S####horpe as s British Steel enters receivership three years after a private equity takeover. S####horpe is home of the company's largest UK plant which employs 5000.

The first season post-relegation is crucial. S####horpe should be big enough to bounce back up but there's always the risk of getting stuck on the League 2 treadmill.
Salford City are among the League 2 debutantes, coming off their fifth promotion in six seasons. They're owned by a Singaporean billionaire and six former MUFC stars. I was surprised they haven't spent a lot this summer.
Other League 2 trivia. Sol Campbell manages Macclesfield Town. Danny Guthrie of Walsall had senior team appearances with Liverpool, Newcastle and Fulham.

With Southend also potentially going bust it seems to be a bad time to be an SUFC fan, regardless of what club it is. But it's scary how things change quickly, it was only the last game of 2015-16 when Scunthorpe beat us 2-0 at home to (thankfully) finally get Adkins sacked, now we're five divisions above them
