Let's Discuss Hot Sauce (1 Viewer)

Just blended up a fermented cayenne-pomegranate sauce with some garden peppers.
After bottling, it now appears I should have thinned it out a bit more. Going to be a PITA to dispense, but I don't really want to empty and re-fill all of the bottles.

I'll try thinning with a little water or vinegar for each one I open.

So I just finished @Hot Sauce Guy bottle of Dia del Perro. I swear that is the best hot sauce that's ever passed through these lips. My next order is going to be 4 bottles of that. I love hot sauces I'll try any type. A lot of times they are so hot if your honest with yourself you don't really enjoy them . This sauce has a kick but nothing that will knock your **** in the dirt. I love it going to get me some more. Man didn't know you couldn't use Richard.
